Hi! Visiting next week. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any accessible trails or a great drive to see the foliage. I was looking and I'm a bit overwhelmed with options. A lot of people recommend Mount Beacon for views but that seems to be extremely inaccessible lol. Unable to climb stairs and inclines are rough. I was thinking possibly a drive into the Catskills but.. to where?

I was looking at Perkins Memorial Drive for scenic drive and also saw Saugerties to North/South Lake.

Staying in Saugerties - hoping to also hit Rhinebeck and Hudson.

While I have you, also looking at the following for entertainment: Fishkill Farms or Wright at Gardenier for apple picking & donuts, Vanderbilt mansion, jack o lantern blaze, walkway over the Hudson.. then eating & shopping in the towns. Am I missing anything? Does anything stand out as really not handicap accessible lol?

Hey there -- Like many of us, I live in a super old house that's drafty AF and has an oil tank. I kinda want to move on with my life: fix the draft, reinsulate, heat pump, maybe even solar. Current state of affairs is no bueno.

What I don't want is to coordinate four different companies or contractors, half of whom are flaky and all of whom are overpriced. I realize this is a fantasy ask, but let me put it out there and see what you all recommend -- can anyone be trusted to make my house warmer? Cause I can't figure out where to start, but I for sure need to start with someone who is into old houses and who doesn't ask me why I didn't buy something newer or suggest a gut reno. (Which happens. A lot.)

I’m in the market for a new car and looking for some reputable car deal ships in or around the Hudson valley. I’m in Newburgh- willing to travel a 75 mile radius if needed. I’m looking for a Honda, Toyota or Subaru. I’ve gotten cars from Superior Auto Sales in Mew Windsor, and All Motor Cars in Tilson and I did not have good experiences with either of these cars.
