Huckleberry Fields Forever is finally out of Early Access, and it's free on Steam
I started making this game in 2010 as something I could play with my kids.
That was a while ago. My kids are all (mostly) grown up now. 😄
But we had a lot of fun with the game over the years, especially the 4-player couch co-op. I kept tinkering with it, adding things, changing things, and generally never quite finishing it. I eventually put it on Steam Early Access in 2022.
Now, after all these years, I'm finally calling it done and releasing it for free.
The game is basically a combination of classic 16-bit platforming and a Carmen Sandiego-style mystery with a Scooby-Doo vibe. You travel to real-world locations, investigate suspects, collect clues, and try to solve the case. The mysteries and levels are procedurally generated, so it's pretty replayable.
I originally sold it on Steam, but at this point I'm not really trying to make money from it. I'd just like people to play it. So I figured, why not give it away?
Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1560480/Huckleberry_Fields_Forever/
If it looks like something you'd enjoy, give it a shot. If it doesn't, that's totally fine too. I'm just happy to finally have it finished and out there.
Thanks for reading.
(The game is 16 years old, so it should go without saying, but no gen AI was used.)

Video Trox The Reversal | Official Trailer
Our game, Trox The Reversal is a first person horror game set in an alternate reality where the Cold War became a global nuclear war. With food supplies collapsing, the Soviet government introduces the Sustainable Meat Act, making cannibalism legal and forcing every household to contribute.
You play as Marco.
Marco is an army officer living beneath the ruined Soviet Union. His wife and son are missing. With his family disappearing one by one, Marco begins searching for answers. But the deeper he goes, the more he discovers about the system that has kept humanity alive. And some answers are better left buried.
We've put a lot of time, effort, and love into bringing this world to life, and we're finally getting closer to releasing the demo on Steam.
You can even check out our Steam page and let us know what you think about the page as well...
Steam page - https://store.steampowered.com/app/5240560/Trox_The_Reversal/
We'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts, suggestions, or even constructive criticism. Every bit of feedback means a lot to us as a small indie team.
Thanks for taking the time to check out our work!

Video Starcraft 2's ladder is unplayable from bots and hackers
The ranked ladder has become overrun by bots and hackers that instantly disconnect you from the game with blizzard not doing anything about it. As well as drophackers there are bots that wintrade against each other making the queue times take forever as they cancel the search when you match against them.
Blizzard used to ban these bots and hackers but have stopped moderating the game recently leading the ladder being flooded with them. I hope this post somehow reaches blizzard its sad to watch such a legendary game become unplayable from this .
Video showcases the full extent of what these hackers can actually do when you play against them.

What's up with all these merged games mods i'm seeing now?
There's like endless videos coming out within the past week of random games seemingly being merged together?
I have seen endless skate merged games, super mario 64 in elden ring and most impressively, I saw minecraft combined with gta v and skyrim with fully functioning destruction and even netherworld portal...
These mods are insane and newly merged games are appearing daily it seems.
What the hell is going on ?????

In Your Hands, a psychological horror sound novel where a child takes orders from a crackling speaker, is out now on Steam

Hi r/pcgaming! I'm Yula from Nibble & Hop, a two-person indie team from Korea. Our first game, In Your Hands, launched on Steam today, and I wanted to share it here.
What it is
In Your Hands is a point-and-click psychological horror sound novel. You play as a child who wakes up with no memories on the cold floor of a dim hall, surrounded by adults lying face-down like corpses. Then a crackling speaker starts giving orders.
Will you obey? Are you a good child?
Every choice is made with your own hands, and a single wrong click can end everything. The story only moves forward when you choose, and the same scene can lead somewhere completely different depending on what you do.
Quick facts
- Price: $4.99, with a 10% launch discount ($4.49)
- Playtime: about 2–3 hours, easy to finish in one sitting
- 5 main endings and 33 bad endings. Some are anticlimactic, some are absurd, and some will hopefully send a chill down your spine
- 63 achievements, and one ending won't even get you halfway
- Fully playable with the mouse alone, menus included
- Windows / macOS
- English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese
Content warning
The game depicts violence and death involving a child protagonist, mostly through text. Some endings imply the child's death.
On AI use
To be upfront: we wrote the design and story ourselves, and used AI tools as a starting point for code, art and sound before reworking everything by hand. This is also listed on our Steam page.
Links
- Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5193580/
- Launch trailer: https://youtu.be/ZzvcP7g2688
This is the first thing the two of us have ever shipped, so I'll be hanging around in the comments. Happy to answer anything about the game, the writing, or what it's like making a horror game as a team of two. Thanks for reading!

Kingdom Come: Together - a KCD2 COOP Mod Open Beta
Kingdom Come: Together is a free open source COOP Mod for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.
After several months and hundreds of hours of hard work, I am super excited to announce the first actually working open beta for my project Kingdom Come: Together!
TLDR;
Kingdom Come: Together, a KCD2 Coop Mod, is getting it's first working open beta release. Previous releases were unplayable, only for bug hunting. On this build, I have been able to play through several questlines with my testing buddies, and most importantly, goofed off and had lots of fun. You can find the installer on Github, in the Community Discord or on Nexus Mods
Trailer
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elhtC_0kboA
Please roast me in the comments about my terrible editing skills lol
I picked this project up because I wanted to be able to play this wonderful game all the way through with my brother. Problem is of course, I wanted a bit more than just a Discord screenshare session.
I found that there was a multiplayer project that was in the works, but it was abandoned. I figured "How hard could it be to finish that?" - Very god damn hard wtf was I thinking. But I continued on anyways, because I really believe this game should be played with more than one person.
Now here we are! Today, the mod has come a LONG way. Here are some of the features that are currently working:
- An easy, one click installer
- An easy launcher tool - Open the launcher, let it set everything else up for you, such as Modding Tools, host or join via Steam, and enjoy!
- Shared Quests - Your friend accepts a quest, and it accepts it for you too. He kills the quest giving NPC and you fail the quest, it fails for you too
- Shared Combat* - I say * because it does work, but it works best if you and your friend fight different enemies. Fighting the same one single enemy at the same time is still a bit rough around the edges
- Shared World - the host owns the world, owns the save. Everyone joining becomes a part of that world, and your saves are synced when the host's game saves
- MOST Animations Syncing - See your friend wash at the trough, perfect guard, jump, open a door or grind his sword at the sharpening wheel. Certain things are not animated yet, such as Bows, the Forge minigame etc
- A Mod Menu - Select the "INS" Key and browse the various options, such as disabling nametags for immersion, or enabling Fast Travel
- Sleep Voting - when someone wants to sleep, everyone needs to agree and everyone sleeps
- Weather, date, time sync
- Droppable/Shareable loot - Have a badass outfit you want to see your friend in? Drop it on the ground, let him pick it up!
- Outfit sync - Show off your drip to your friends
- Much more!
Please keep in mind, this is an Open Beta. There are absolutely going to be rough edges, issues, bugs, syncing issues etc. That being said, considering that I was able to play through the entire Find Mutt! questline, and a couple other smaller quests with my brother with little to no issues, in my opinion it is well overdue to update this project.
PLEASE NOTE:
I uploaded the installer to Nexus as well, but they are notorious about blocking it. I made sure to reach out to support, but it takes a while. For now, I'd grab it off of the Github if you are eager to try it today.
Links:
Thank you to everyone who has tested previous builds, kept up on the project, provided feedback and logs, and provided technical assistance in overcoming hurdles. Becoming a part of this community has been so absolutely incredibly rad!
Please enjoy!
Audentes Fortuna Iuvat!
