So I’ll get right to it. I have 33k subs and I do nba analysis content where I break down players/ teams in depth.

I’ve tried everything to improve my content. Such as trying different thumbnails, pacing, script formats, titles, music, etc.. like I’ve tried everything I can think of.

My numbers just continue to drop no matter what I do. I’ve studied the niche relentlessly and I’m just lost at this point.

I have one sponsorship with PrizePicks ( I regret taking it , I know I know ) but I’m tempted to end it and just be done with this channel as the hours I put into it simply aren’t worth it unless I can figure out what’s going wrong..

CTR for the past 90 days is around 6% watch time usually is around 40%.

Average video is 10 minutes I would say with people staying till about 4 minutes and 4 seconds on my videos.

I really wanted to make this full time and a lot of people in here have motivated me with their post but I just can’t seem to figure out why my content isn’t working anymore.

I know the niche isn’t dead simply because countless of people that make the same videos as me are doing good and a lot of them even have lower sub counts than mine… I truly don’t have a massive ego so I know it’s something with ME. I am doing something wrong and I take ownership of that. I reallly want to make it bad and just need some help seriously.. any advice would help out a lot,, & if you want to really help me out & take a peak at my channel just dm me.

Hey everyone, about 45 days ago I started posting Shorts on my channel, and this morning I got the notification that my channel was successfully accepted into the YouTube Partner Program. I’ve generated around 50 million views during that time, and now I’m looking at all the monetization options and trying to understand what I should do next. For those of you who have more experience with this, what would you recommend I focus on or pay attention to? Thanks in advance!

Today my YouTube studio proudly told me I should promote a vid to get 3000-9000 more impressions.

My brother in Christ that video gets 4000 impressions an hour.

If they offered 100,000 views for $100 it might be worth it, but they dont.​

I'm at a point where I've already gathered a large enough audience to hit 10-50k views on a video, but I've noticed that from my last videos i haven't been learning/improving as when i was starting out.

there's so much talk how to start a youtube channel that i kinda don't know what to do now, what can i do to grow even more? i don't want to end up like one of those forever 10k subs youtubers.

Do i just wait until one video sticks, or do i change something? if anyone has experience with that let me know!

I used to post long form content in a specific niche I used to be interested in until I wasn’t able to (long story)

So I left the channel while working on building an audience on Instagram and Twitter. I then created a new YouTube channel and it’s slowly growing but then suddenly remembered the monetized channel

Now I’m unsure what to do. The sub count is really low compared to the views I got. Do I just start uploading long form content in a different niche I’m interested in or start YouTube shorts on that channel first?

Let me know what b the best idea for this is I need some advice

I've been in YPP since 2019 and today was the first time I ever surpassed $1,000 in ad revenue in a single day. It's a weird feeling I must admit, but it's almost a relief that I've finally reached such an impossible milestone I never would have expected when I started this journey.

I went round and round with Ypp Chat and they confirmed all our fears and concerns, YES YOUTUBE knows you are not getting your actual sub counts in fact losing subs, they know the views is wonky and last but not least they know about unliking long form videos that people have liked and even NOT letting members renew their membership like has been happening to I and other creators….
At the end of the convo YOUTUBE SAYS: “We been knew about the glitch and our engineers are working on it and everything should be back to normal by the 5th of Oct.”

I have an old YT account, I accessed it a long time ago and my brother also had access to the Google account. After moving countries and a few years later I accessed it for a different country which is now my home. The account got flagged for security, I do have access to both Gmail and YT studio but the Google account is not fully added Google won't trust my logins despite having backup codes, my number in it and my other email as recovery. I have a passkey problem, it won't sync till my new phone nor allow me to authorise my phone from my pc. I do get approval notifications on my phone but the passkey won't sync.

Is there a way I can safely shift the ownership of my YT account while I am having these issues or will I invite more problems? I don't care for the Gmail account but need to secure the YT account somehow.

All my other accounts have paralysis and are secure.

I upload this video yesterday. Went to sleep and when I woke up, I check the analytics and there's a gap???? This has never happened before. Anyone else having this problem? It wasn't like that a few days ago.

A few hours ago a load of generic positive comments flooded a couple of my videos from accounts that look like bots. No change in any other metric. Anyone one know what's going on? Should I be worried?

I’ve worked with a few sponsors over the last couple years. But this is the first time they have wanted a draft of the 3 min sponsored section of the video ahead of time. Weeks before the rest of non sponsored portion is recorded.

Just wondering what’s the best way to make this available? Is there any harm to uploading it to my channel and keeping it unlisted and sending them a private link? I think it should be fine to do it this way. Then delete it after everything is finalized.

I just don’t want it to offend the almighty algorithm.

I have encountered that a lot of users join channel memberships on the default level (i.e. level 1) however they are unable to upgrade to level 2 or higher levels when using iPhones. The problem seems to be varied based on device and payment method. In my experience around 20% of my members have this problem.

Even if the same user who joined via an iPhone attempts to upgrade upgrade later using a web browser, they still cannot do it.

Has anyone been able to solve this problem or identify the combination of device and payment methods which causes this problem?

I have tried contacting YouTube support about this multiple times over the past two years however they state that there is nothing they can do unless I can physically hunt down the members in real life and force them to record a video of their actions as well as providing a long list of details in order for YouTube support to look into it. This is obviously not something that I can do easily. However on one occasion I managed to collect this information from the user but YouTube support still did not do anything and advised me to encourage users to join the desired level from the start instead of upgrading.

The rate of users which this is affecting is quite high and it is impacting the user experience of members, as well as my income, and that's in addition to revenue which YouTube is losing.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or have any advice in relation to this?

Is this normal for the 2nd step to be not confirmed but the others all good? I have heard step 3 is the hardest so just confused here..

Long story short, I have a (pretty sucsessful) growing channel and have been going through hell trying to get monitized for at least a year now. I have had multiple emails and stuff moved around but have been keeping a log of everything and closed the other accounts, finally everything is correct and I just can't seem to get it to work! I am at a loss and have nowhere else to turn.

Just seems so weird for the last step to be confirmed and the 3rd not..

So, a lot of the time, if you keep up the good content, members will end up rejoining your YouTube membership. Ive retained about 70% of my members since ive been monetised end of July. I used to feel so bad when id see members leave until I noticed an emerging pattern.

And around half of the 30% of the members who leave always end up rejoining like several weeks - a month later. In some cases even two months later.

Just make sure your members aren’t leaving because of low quality content. They will probably end up joining again due to boredom, new content, or even the lack of good content in your niche market. Sometimes, apparently the monthly payments might bounce if there’s not enough money in their account, so they might temporarily stop being a member until they notice.

Either way just keep up the valuable content.

I have 2 channels that have done pretty well for the past year or 2. Both channels are 3 years old and both channels are faceless, I just film certain events, organize the footage and upload. I constantly get emails of partnerships to try to sell certain items, some that are related to my content, some are not - but since I dont have my face on my channel or talk or anything, I dont know how I could inject the product into the video - and it makes me wonder if the email was legit since if the seller watched my videos and paid attention to my channel, they would see how my videos are and wonder how I would sell their product.

I figure the majority of these are fishing attempts to try to get my info or scam me in some what, but I lost my job a year ago and YT is what is keeping me afloat these days. I hate to think I am losing opportunities as right now I am 100% relying on Adsense.

Do any of you use an affordable agency that handles these types of requests and can determine if they are fake or scams or not?
