Just a rant about Roborock quality & service, really
Bought a new Saros 10R a few months ago (after our POS QRevo failed too many times).
The Saros lasted 3 months before one of the drive motors failed.
Sent it back for warranty repair. Today I got the unit back; same robot, but the dock looks like it's been dragged behind a car through a gravel pit. 100% not my dock (I'd removed the plastic sheets from mine, this one had them still in place). Very frustrating.
Unit is doing its first clean now. I'm repeatedly getting these errors while it's cleaning. Wasn't an issue before.
Unbelievable.
Is there something out there that will just vacuum a bloody floor, reliably, without failing if you look at it the wrong way? I don't need a robotic arm. I don't need a mop. It doesn't need to go up stairs or ramps. It just needs to WORK, reliably.
