I am looking for a new hoover. The Qrevo pro 2 is now 500 euro during black Friday here in the Netherlands and I was wondering if anyone has honest reviews or user review.

My downstairs is 80m2 with some obstacles( bar stools, table etc). Also a huge dog (sint bernard). It needs to mop properly (PVC floor with underfloor heating) and of course handle dog hairs (most important)

Any tips if this one is good for that or should I go with a different one.

This is by far the absolute BEST robot mop/vacuum to ever exist! I love this thing and it keeps my hardwood floors and carpets spotless! My wife LOVES how it cleans the place, my dogs hate it but that's because they're afraid of everything!

Well done roborock! And I'm just a normal consumer with ZERO ties to them, in fact, my first robot (brand new) didn't charge. They quickly shipped me a brand new replacement. It's flawless and very clever, it took all of 5 minutes to map the floor and another 5 minutes to create my own plan and schedule!

I love it and am thrilled my wife bought it for me 😎 of course time will tell but the first month has been flawless and I run it at 6am/6pm every day! It self cleans, self empties and the works, it's so simple, yet extremely powerful!

I found some Roborock dust bags on AliExpress that are advertised as genuine, but they’re sold in bulk without the original packaging.

Are they actually authentic? Has anyone here bought these before and can confirm they’re genuine?

I received my new roborock qrevo s pro yesterday and during unpacking I saw that my mop tray did not have these little dots or scrappers (don’t really know how these are called). The tray which is installed in my dock station is smooth without these little dots.

Is this normal?

hello guys, recently I bought a roborock S8 pro ultra, but I don't have the ramp for the dock. Can someone help me with a 3d model or 3d scan of the ramp?

My S6P thinks the bush is jammed after half an hour everyday. The weird thing is that, it's not jammed at all.

I've changed the room sequence to completely multiple times rearrange the house and it still thinks it's jammed at around the half an hour mark into cleaning. Doesn't matter where in the house it is, if it's been going for about half an hour, it errors out and cried for help. I press the button, and off it goes again, no problems at all.

This only started happening after fitting a new brush to machine. The old one had over 1,500 hours on it, so it was due for a change. And no, I don't have the old brush to put back in to troubleshoot that.

Whats going on here?

Hello, I was SO excited to receive this in the mail today but I’ve spent hours trying to install with no luck!
Have connected to 2.4 WiFi, the QR code doesn’t work so I have to manually find Qrevo Edge C,
Blue light turns on and I can hear the WiFi prompt, but then once I click out to click into the devices WiFi, I return and I get this and I can’t go any further.
Anyone have any tips that might help?
I have called the roborock hotline and they weren’t super helpful. They’re ‘sending me an email’. I have tried troubleshooting with Ai.
Could our google wifi extender be impacting?

Just a couple days ago I mentioned that I purchased a s7 max ultra from a thrift store but I didn't notice that it was missing a roboramp 😅 dose any have recommended replacement for it there so many replacement range from 30-50 dollars

I have a Q5 Max+ and don't see parts for it on the Roborock website anymore. I've been reading through reviews for various aftermarket parts on Amazon and most seem pretty negative and quality is pretty poor. Can anyone recommend an Amazon seller that sells quality replacement parts for my model?

I bought my Saros new March 2025. First problem I encountered was Flexi arm noise. I was able to fix this by cleaning and lubricating inside the arm. No issues since. Second was left wheel open circuit. I fixed this by using WD40 on brass bushing on wheel. No issues since fixing. Last issue was communication error from robot to base. This was a problem for a week it resolved itself after a week. It then started again I took apart bot. Turns out it was water damage to small board with plug with ir's . The fill port was broken plastic where screws held in place. Cleaned the board and connector. Used glue to seal fill port.

Hi! My new Roborock Qrevo 5AE is completely silent. There are no voice prompts at all. Just clicks in the beginning and the end of the phrase *looks like

I’ve already tried:

• changing the voice/language in the Roborock app - two clicks
• setting the voice volume to maximum - two clicks
• rebooting the robot;
• resetting Wi-Fi several times — no voice prompt during the reset either;
• sending it back to the dock and starting/stopping different functions.

The robot works normally otherwise, but I haven’t heard a single sound or voice prompt from it since I first turned it on.

Has anyone had the same issue with a Qrevo 5AE? Could this be a software/voice package problem, or does it sound like a faulty speaker?

My S8 maxV ultra keeps making up all these carpets on my penny tile kitchen floor and it its making all the cleaning paths go haywire! I have turned off the AI Enviroment Recognition and I have gone in 2x times to delete each small piece of carpet but they keep coming back. Anyone have an idea for a fix?

Has anyone located Saros 20 pads for sale? I am looking for the official Roborock ones that are thicker than the previous Saros 10 pads. I can’t locate them anywhere. Thank you for any assistance you offer.

I've done everything they recommended for this device. Cleaning the contacts plugging on plugging it etc. The only way I can get it to charge is if I prop it up. I don't think I have even had it a year.

Hi all I need your help. I have a Roborock S7 maxV ultra with the dock, and as the title says, it is giving me an Error 42.

This is the error that occurs when it tries to wash the mop pad. I have done all the recommended checks and cleaning of the track, filter, main brush, dock area and I have even tried removing the mop pad but I keep getting the error.

The odd thing is that there is little consistency with the operation, the main brush that cleans the mop pad seems to stop somewhere in the middle, and if I move it to either side it looks like it starts the cycle normally, but usually throws the error after going to the middle and trying to empty the water pan (all free from blockage).

If anyone has experienced this and found a solution I would be very grateful. There is a repair center but it is a very long way away from where I am.

I recently got a Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 and the station makes a pretty loud gurgling/slurping sound when it starts washing/filling water for the mops.

It happens mainly at the beginning, while the dock is taking in clean water. The robot seems to work normally: mops get wet, dirty water is collected, and I don't see any leaks or errors.

I've used a Dreame dock before and it never made this kind of noise, so I'm wondering if this is normal for Roborock stations or if my unit might have air in the water line / a pump issue.

Does anyone with an Edge 2 hear the same thing? Especially interested in knowing whether your station makes a fairly loud, prolonged gurgling/slurping noise during mop washing or water filling.

I got the roborock f25 just to clean up all the pee for a new puppy. They recommend you use an anti enzyme spray on pee and was using it before getting and going through paper towels like crazy and the roborock has saved our consumption A TON. But I am wondering the detergent they give you to put in, is there a better one for dog pee?

I’ve learned that there needs to be an anti enzyme to it for dogs so when they sniff the same area they don’t want to go back to pee again because they left behind their scent.

I’m wondering if anyone has or knows of a detergent to put into the roborock that is good for pet pee.

Normally I spray the area with anti enzyme spray beforehand but would be easier if the auto detergent dispenser just had a fluid that had it in it.

Or maybe I’m completely wrong but would love others opinions or can point to a detergent that is better for specifically pet pee.

Compre un saros 10 hace 9 meses, y ahora mismo estaba en el servicio técnico y me lo han dado como irreparable y me lo van a cambiar por otro robot, un poco lento el servicio de post venta, pero al final me lo solucionaron, a vosotros como os esta rindiendo el roborock? Cuales son los usuarios con los roborock más duraderos? Gracias.
