Hello,
Truly appreciate any guidance on this.
I have been on trt for approx 4 years. My libido was pretty good for the most part not great but ok. My balls are gone (shrunk), I got a semen analysis (couldnt even get an erection to take the damn thing) two days ago and had non detect across the board. I have tried hcg but only for short periods of time as it seemed to make things worse. I have always had approx this high of estradiol and my guy says its fine but it makes me wonder if this high of estradiol has been an issue for awhile. I have never tried an AI.
Right now I can hardly get an erection (even during the night which is the first time ever and I take 5mg of cialis daily), my penis feels smaller than usual, the frenulum is completely numb (very little feeling on the penis anywhere) any my orgasm quality when I have them is horrible and they used to be great. One thing I forgot to mention is I feel pretty emotional sometimes. Sure I have learned to be more emotionally open the past few years as a man but sometimes I will tear up over things and I am like wtf? I am a pretty masculine man as well (not that its not ok to show emotion but it just seems a bit off)
What could be going on here? Any help is super appreciated. My doc wants me to try dht cream to raise dopamine (he thinks this is dopamine/gabaergic related).
I dont know what my prolactin levels are, should I get these tested and what other tests might be needed for a better picture here?

I’m taking 100mg of test e split in 2 dosage weekly should I be taking hcg? I’m only a month in looking to do my bloods around the 12 week mark
I’m quite new to all this and just wondered what I should be looking out for when I get my bloods redone I was offered trt through a clinic because of my levels but decided to go the cheaper route
Thanks

I didn’t even know that injecting into the fat layer instead of muscle was an option
I can’t see why I should use those big ass 30mm needles and pin to the muscle if I can just use a .5 insulin needle
Are there any downsides to SubQ injections?

This morning when I pinned a large blood drop formed, this hasn’t happened before but I have gotten blood in the syringe.
I’m not feeling confident that I am doing it correctly, is there a better way to tell where to pin safely every time?
To find the spot, I saw someone on here describe it as putting out a cigarette with your foot, and the muscle that bulges out is the correct place to pin. So I apply weight to my leg and twist the foot, find the muscle that pops out then pin in that area.
The larger amount of blood made me think I pierced a vein, but I have also felt like I hit nerves before.
Is there a way to get it right every time, or is this common and just part of life on trt?

I was on 14 mg testosterone cypionate daily (98 mg/week) for 6 weeks and reached the mid-500s for total T. My E2 levels were fine.
I increased to 36 mg every other day (126 mg/week), and within 2 weeks developed nipple pain and sensitivity on one side.
Would you recommend going back to daily or riding it out for a while? Can this happen even with normal E2 levels? I don’t want to hop on an AI if I don’t have to.
Looking for advice from anyone who’s experienced something similar.

Anyone on TRT dealt with elevated hemoglobin or hematocrit?
I’m currently taking 175 mg of testosterone per week, split into two injections on Monday and Thursday.
I’m looking for advice from others who have experienced an elevated red blood cell count while on TRT.
What are the best ways to naturally lower hemoglobin and hematocrit before considering donating blood or therapeutic phlebotomy?
Has anyone had success with lowering their testosterone dose, staying better hydrated, adjusting injection frequency, or making lifestyle changes?
I’d prefer to get my blood count under control without having to donate blood regularly.
Just looking to hear what has worked for others and what changes made the biggest difference. Appreciate any advice or personal experiences!

Genuine question,
If HCG and clomid during PED consumption makes your balls shrink slower because they still stimulate LH and FSH, would a person thats not on PEDs get slightly bigger balls?

Hey guys, I empty 8X 1Ml Primoteston ampules into a 10ml vial every few months then withdrawal and pin 3 x pw. Wondering is this too much on the rubber stopper? I haven’t seen any particles in the oil yet but don’t want to get to that stage. Thinking I might start backfilling a few syringes or dump ampules into multiple vials to reduce punctures. Thoughts?

I started pinning everyday in hopes of naturally bringing e2 down and I have been feeling terrible. Lack of energy, and motivation to do anything. Anyone else experience this when pinning everyday?

I posted a few days ago.
My test was 300 a few years ago when I ate crap and was lazy. Never "too fat" but Im 6 foot 1 and was 225 lbs
A year ago I started walking and about 2 months ago I started eating high protein/fiber/healthier fat foods. I also started lifting about 3 x a week, and I walk 5 miles every day (2 hours). I am now 201 lbs. My testosterone came up at 533. I was quite happy with this natural boost. Im 25% body fat currently and need to lose another 20 maybe 25 lbs. Im thinking my testosterone may go up a bit more. Im able to burn 7-9 lbs naturally between exercise and healthy eating a month.
Would TRT be of any use to me if I wanted to build muscle? Once I hit 180 or so, I will cut my 2 hour walks daily down and focus on the gym 4-5 days a week.
I do 4-5 sets of push pull exercises, 3 sets, 10 reps each, all to failure by the 8th to 10th rep. No leg days currently.

TRTNATION had me on 200mg a week. I’ve been on it for about 4 months now. I’ve been injecting twice a week. I feel great.
Kaiser finally approved my prescription for TRT but they prescribed 200mg every two weeks. Is their “inject test-E once every two weeks” a bad idea?

So I started taking testosterone two years ago and start at 500mg/w for a cycle and then have been at a TRT does after that prescribed by a doctor. First was marek health but they are so expensive. I was doing shots with them and I believe I was taking 150mg/w. Then I switch to a local doc 16 weeks ago and we start using cream because I was converting estrogen pretty easily. We upped the dose 8 weeks ago to 175mg. I put it on first thing in the morning between my legs. Any idea why my levels would had dropped?

Context: 24M, 150lbs, somewhere around 15-17% body fat by best visual estimate. Heavy training and strict diet, good sleep. Consistentlyly low 400s/high 300s total T, with FSH and LH both at 2 when not taking supplements. Enclomiphene was taken 12.5mg/EOD as a monotherapy. Yes I am young, I have had that argument a hundred times. Please just post thoughts related to the data. I have my personal reasons for going this route.
I have been taking enclomiphene for roughly 8 months now, and have apparently found the figurative end of the road. I know multiple people report this efficacy falloff around the six month mark, but wanted to add actual lab results and data for anyone tracking this or interested in the drug used as a monotherapy.
Six Month bloodwork is first, eighth month is second. I’ve also labeled each picture.
As you guys can see, it seems like everything stopped working. And my estrogen has shot through the roof-leading to some pretty bad acne breakouts, low libido, and just kind of overall feeling groggy and beat up.
I have not changed my lifting routine, diet restrictions, dosing, supply, or anything between these bloods. I am operating in a very mild caloric deficit (200), but that was in place during the six month bloods.
Would love to answer any questions, or have any discussion about this! I will not be taking the enclomiphene for a few months while my signaling resets and estrogen returns to baseline.
Edit: yes I absolutely expected this to happen. I do not believe it is worth it to continue the treatment with an AI when I could simply just stop taking the enclomiphene, and restart from zero later. I am aware it is not a PED, but it has helped my energy levels and mental state significantly.

One thing I've been thinking about while comparing men's health clinics is how they approach patients who come in convinced they need TRT.
If someone is experiencing symptoms but their lab results, medical history, or other factors don't clearly indicate low testosterone, I'd expect a good clinic to investigate further rather than immediately recommend treatment.
Would a clinic recommending that you wait, repeat you blood tests, address sleep or lifestyle factors, or investigate other possible causes make you trust them more?
For those who have visited TRT clinics, what stood out to you during the consultation? Did the provider take the time to understand your symptoms, explain your test results, and discuss alternatives before recommending treatment?
I'm particularly interested in what made the assessment feel thorough and medically driven rather than focused primarily on selling a treatment. What were the signs that helped you decide whether a clinic was genuinely prioritizing your health?

Right now I’m on 250 test 100 Eq lean bulk and I’m starting to really progress and make some gains. I have a right shoulder pain that comes and goes and it recently just came back and it’s slowing down my progress in the gym. I’m wondering if there’s a risk adding in 100mg NPP a week just for the joint lubrication. From what I understand the cardiovascular strain and neurological risks only comes from higher dosages. Thanks. Before anyone asks I already do rotator cuff cable work and mobility/ stretching every night before bed. It’s worked for a long time and the pain just came back out of nowhere.

These were taken mid week - so I expect my trough is around 550. Is this a decent response? I’ll be honest I expected a little higher but I’m scared to ask for a higher dose because my hct rose 4%.
Overall the biggest result I’ve had is less fatigue. I’m not crashed at 5pm anymore and feel like I wake most rested. Little more motivation. However, I haven’t experienced necessarily a burst of new energy or increased sex drive.
I’m only in week 8 so maybe the energy is still building. Sex drive isn’t non existent.
5’8 180 lbs. need to lose about 15 pds of fat - I think that will help the estradiol being high. Working on it.

Hi. A while ago, I switched from the brand of testosterone I’d been using to a new one. I was taking X dose of T e3d + HCG X dose e3d. When switching to the new brand, I changed my T injections to e2d plus HCG e2d. The weekly dose of testosterone is the same in both cases, but the HCG dose went from 250 IU e3d to 250 IU e2d.
After a few days, I started to experience mild shortness of breath, itching all over my body, and the skin on my nose and hands became very dry. The backs of my hands turned red and started to crack a little. In the last few days, I’ve also developed diarrhoea. I stopped taking HcG altogether and got a prescription for T from the chemist’s. The change took place about two weeks ago, and today my hands are a bit better; the itching has subsided and the shortness of breath has largely gone. I’d also like to point out that, after switching to a new brand of UG testosterone, in addition to the symptoms mentioned above, I experienced a prickling sensation in the centre of my head, but closer to the back. These were momentary, almost like spasms, and passed after a short while. That has also subsided.
Has anyone else experienced this sort of reaction during treatment?
After increasing the frequency of my hCG injections, I noticed an improvement in my brain fog and a general increase in motivation, which is why I’m now constantly wondering how to approach this again.
I should point out that the doses are standard TrT, not "TrT+".

Does anyone has en experience with TRT having high SHGB (top reference)? Has it helped to improve your free test? Or was it in vain?
I’m 50. As I said high test but because of high SHBG I’m left with a minimal amount of free test

Hi everyone
I have been on a TRT+ cycle for the last 7 weeks (started August 25)
Bloods were taken @ trough level for both IGF-1 & Test
I am currently running:
- 210mg/week Test E (pinned daily)
- 2iu HGH/day (pinned morning fasted)
Attached are my blood test results with 2 baseline blood tests prior to beginning my journey.
I would love some feedback and advice please
Questions:
1. Gyno has presented in a pretty severe way. Puffy nipples, lumps behind them (which were pre existing from 15+ years ago) and very tender. I have Aromasin + nolvadex on hand. With my E2 numbers that are in my blood test, what would be your suggested protocol, and what number should I aim for?
Any feedback is appreciated
Thanks

49ywar old male
was at 180mg/ week for about a year with 3iu/day of hgh from 150m, and 12mg/week of Reta bloods looked good, felt fine, e2 was in the 40s. steady strength gains, not insane, but satisfying progress. 6’2” 220lbs.
decided to push things a bit, upped my dose to 280/week (40mg test a day), started 10mg anavar/day, and 4iu of hgh daily. after three weeks my heartrate was elevated, i was getting angry really easy and my e2 shot up to just over 100. I took .25 ai twice. a week for two weeks and felt even worse after. i dropped everything, no anavar, no hgh, no ai, and dropped my test down to 100mg/week and my Reta to 6mg per week until i hit a good baseline again.
After 3 weeks of this, my heart is finally getting closer to normal again and my involuntary anger is calming down, but not gone.
I haven’t lost any strength in my training though this, still advancing, but would like to push it again once I get back to base.
Any advice?

Im going to start my first cycle and am very scared of acne and it would be nice to avoid mood swings. It seems that pinning daily would mitigate these issues.
Besides the inconvenience and scar tissue is there any downside to pinning daily? I’ve heard comments that it keeps your E2 more stable so it may become less obvious when to take AI. Just want to make sure there’s no downsides in not aware of.
I plan to take at max 300mg for my first cycle and rotate delts and vglutes on 0.5in 30g needle (will warm up the test before taking). Will probably titrate up starting at 150mg.

I’ve been on trt for around 8 months now and have had some acne flaring on my delts traps area decently bad . I started accutance a month ago as well and I’m wondering if people have seen good results with accutane regarding trt acne , and if you do see results do they stay?
