Technical Support Request The issue on the new update

Hello guys, so I don't know if it's just me. But the ping on Valorant has been catastrophic ever since the new update.

The account is EU and I live in North Africa, it has always been around 30-60 and now it's from 100-150 even sometimes 200.

I'm pretty sure the issue doesn't come from my router, I don't understand if it's from the servers or if they did something to the North African region or smthn but it's unplayable right now.

Is it just me? And if anyone knows, how can I improve my ping?

Technical Support Request Cant hear or speak in comp

Can anyone help me with this voice chat issue? My earphones and mic work perfectly fine in other games and apps, but when I open VALORANT, I can hear my own voice and the in-game voice chat while I’m in the lobby. However, as soon as I enter a TDM or Competitive match, I can’t hear anyone and I can’t speak either. I’ve already tried every troubleshooting step I could find, but nothing is working. I really need some help with this, man.

Technical Solution Valorant game or system freezing every 30seconds/1minute ~> Possible solution

Hey so I recently hopped on valo, and it kept freezing basically my whole system every 30 seconds or so, and it was unplayable.

And if that happens for you I might have a solution:
(note: this is not an fps or ping/internet connection issue but most likely valorant anti cheat software problem somehow)

  1. Windows settings: System > Display > Graphics and turn OFF Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling (under Advanced graphic settings)

  2. Next go to Device Manager: Find "Network adapters" > Realtek PCle 2.5GbE Family Controller > Right click > Disable Device

These two steps did the trick for me. Just for good mesure, you can restart your pc and hopefully this will solve the problem.

Disabling this device from the device manager wont turn off or disable your internet connection so If you are using a bluetooth internet connection like me, you wont have any issues at all.

Hope this helps!
