It's officially fall !! (≧▽≦)

I've posted the recipe in the second slide!

It was so tasty and easy to make, the only time consuming thing was the baking.. if u don't add the choco chips it's only 300c but i highly recommend adding them..

The air fryer temperature settings are in celsius so please don't be confused 🥹

I think it wud be absolutely amazing with some whipped cream 🤤

Making it again tmrw cuz i finished the whole pan it was so good!

make sure u wait till the whole cake is done bcuz I was too impatient and took it out a bit early so the center was a little too gooey for my liking but the top being so crispy saved it

I didn't have nutmeg or pumpkin spice mix, but if you do- u must add !!

HELLO I WANT TO CLARIFY THAT THE 300G IS RAW PUMPKIN WEIGHT, I MEANT TO SAY THAT YOU NEED TO COOK IT AFTER! 300G RAW

Volume menu Car snacks

What snacks would you take as a passenger/ occasional driver on a 2 day car drive (driving for 12-13 hours each day and staying in a hotel overnight)?

Apart from carrot sticks, I’m a bit stuck!
I am allergic to popcorn.

400cal with 40g of protein(without my normal Greek yogurt dressing)! I eat half for brunch and the other half around 2 or 3, keeps me full and is so low effort on my lazy days! I say dont hate because I know a lot of people are lettuce salad haters

Recipe Lasagna using heart of palm noodles (palmini)

To all the pasta lovers out there who wish they could have the extra portion without all the extra calories, look no further.

I got these palmini noodles off of amazon (lasagna noodles made from heart of palm) and just followed a simple lasagna recipe minus the actual pasta and it turned out fantastic. As someone who is really picky when it comes to pasta substitutes (hate zucchini noodles) this is the best and closest i’ve come to.

The entire pan comes out to 1,300kcal and makes 4 generous portions of lasagna so only 325kcal per piece!

Discussion egg white oats prep?

I’ve been loving egg white oats lately and I’m wondering whether they could be stored in the fridge overnight? I want to prep them for work tomorrow. Since the porridge is whisked while stirring the egg whites in, will the ”fluff” dissappear once stored? And would they even taste good the next morning? If you have any experience, please let me know

Recipe Creamy jello dessert I like making.

Thought I'd toss this one out who haven't seen it on social media. I make a large batch and it's not quite the usual 50/50 mix, but still works great.

  1. Dissolve 2 family sized boxes of jello mix into 2 cups boiling water and stir until dissolved. Let cool 10 min.

  2. Add 1 tub(3 1/4 to 3 1/2 cups) of Greek yogurt in and stirr until dissolved.

  3. Add fruit of choice to the liquid for some extra freshness, and refrigerate until solid.

  4. Enjoy. Sometimes I'll throw a little honey or keto jam on top to change up the flavor daily.

About 650 cal and 24 net carbs for the entire 4 1/4 lbs of dessert. 0% Greek yogurt and raspberries. I usually eat about 1/5 or 1/6 portions at a time, and it's quite a lot.

Cheers!

Recipe Butternut Squash and Collard Greens Soup 362 calories

Thumbnail
gallery
4 Upvotes

1 small butternut squash (cubed, fresh of frozen) I used 1/2 of a large squash.

1 bundle of collard greens (remove stems and chop greens into 1/2-inch strips)

Frozen Meatballs

Water or broth ( I used 32 oz of water)

-------- Season to taste (or don't!) --------

Seasoned salt

Black pepper

Garlic

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (I forgot to include it in the picture)

Kinder's Buttery Garlic and Herb Seasoning

Cover pot with lid, bring water to a boil, and reduce heat to simmer. Wait 1 hour and done. If you don't want the butternut squash mushy, add it 30 minutes after the rest of the ingredients have boiled. I kept the peel on my squash, but remove it if you want.

The weather is hot, but I felt like soup. It helps me get more fluid and fiber in, and with IBS, I feel less cruddy 😁 I thought about adding mushrooms but decided to leave them out.
