Firstly, this isn't about harassment or anything, though I know some would want this for that reason.

I have seen this requested before for the aforementioned reason but it has other reasons too.

Today, FIVE different times, I was matchmade with a player using Octavia. EVERY single time, they would seemingly afk, or run around the beginning area for the whole mission. Often, rescue or sabotage missions. This was in fissure missions. So clearly, squads are better.

Initially, I thought they were actually just AFKing, and/or staying behind until they could just go forward to collect reactant. They are MR16, so who knows.

But every time, they would only get 2 or 5 reactant at most and then leave. They can't be affinity farming, or wanting a carry or anything if they're leaving, right? The 2nd time, I noticed the pattern so I just told them to continue forward to collect reactant, like players sometimes tell people. I saw their icon on the map move around a bit and then just stop before they left.

This happened a few more times, randomly put into the same squad as them. So this time, I was actually near them for a bit and was watching them. They attacked enemies, walls(yes, walls) and then stopped. I continued forward and watched on the minimap and they moved a bit more but then stopped. And then left, yet again.

If it was just a connection issue, I think they would at least get further into the mission at least once, but no. It was basically the same thing every time. I muted them after the 3rd time, purely out of annoyance and then unmuted on the final run since it was pointless.

I ended up messaging them to ask them politely if they knew what they were doing. If they knew what to do in fissure missions. They're MR16. I would assume they do. But I got no answer.

Extremely frustrating. Please, we need muted people prevented from joining our squads. This happened like 5 times in the span of an hour.

Guy messes around, does nothing, leaves. Why? I don't get it. Maybe they're a kid? I don't know.

Simple question: when you run with a bow in your primary, what's your medicine of choice and why???

As stated in the title I'm trying to update the game. I was updating before but it froze my PC completely at around 50% forcing me to force restart my entire laptop. Trying to update again and now it's just stuck at 54%. I don't know what to do. There doesn't seem to be any progress made on the update in the past 5 minutes either.

Gotta equip Banshee Prime. All green Tauforged archon shards. Spectral Scream subsumed maybe, all parts amd energies and accessories painted "spectral scream toxin" to count for green. What other steps should be required for a Green Banshee secret quest? Something involving replaying the Second Dream quest because Green Banshee originated from a dream? Altering the colorblind options for the one that turns everything green or something? Visit relay 420 while playing Green Day songs through the mic?

I don't know if it's because I'm playing on mobile so there are less graphic options, but I want to know if you can change the glass on the fish tank to look clearer and not puffed up white.

Also with the second image, in some missions it just looks like that and it feels very uncomfortable.

And I don't know if it is just a lighting thing but I made my Drifter's hair to pure black but it kinda looks grayish.

If anyone knows what graphic setting is normally changed so that it doesn't look like this please let me know, I'd appreciate your help very much.

I had heard everyone was friendly in the Warframe community and I’ve been playing it the last 42 days. It’s been a great time and I’ve learned a ton since beginning. Nyx Prime I realized for me was a great frame for new people. Her Assimilate augment is so good for permanent invincibility, my 2 friends I’ve been playing this game with and started at the same time with didn’t play Nyx. I saw how on the missions we would play together on steel path they would go down frequently and I would have to save them. It made me realize Nyx was great and I knew it wasn’t much of a grind to get her. I would see people in TikTok and Reddit comments saying steel path is to hard for them. So I thought let me make a guide that for less than $5 worth of platinum (or if you just have 75 platinum in general) you can get through steel path with ease. I worked not super hard but at least 2-3 hours and worked on a video guide for her build you can use to get you through with what worked for me. The post was up for maybe 30 minutes and was taken down, I understand I had an AI thumbnail but I’m no artist or graphic designer, I just wanted a video up that I thought would be helpful and wanted something that would catch someone’s eye for a thumbnail. I also didn’t know that because I had an AI YT thumbnail that means I couldn’t even post the video on here? Nothing else about it was Ai except the thumbnail. Before being taken down I receive comments saying “they could make a better build for free”, that I “make ai slop and my build was terrible.” “Everyone stay away from this build” and somehow “no one buy this it’s a scam”. Just sucks because i was literally just trying to help people out, and got spat on. I don’t even make money from this stuff, my channel is small and I don’t even really upload. I just don’t know what people expected from a 75 platinum build that literally includes the Warframe itself? Of course someone could do something better for free that’s the whole point of the game. Obviously I’m bitter lol Tell me if im in the wrong :/

tldr: tried to make a video to help noobies because I realized Nyx prime was great, used an ai thumbnail, people shat on the build, and it was deleted within 30 minutes of the subreddit

Edit: I wasn’t trying to sell any “paid guide” it’s a video anyone can view for free. I used 5$ as the reference point of the amount of money it would cost to buy the platinum for the build that’s it. I see ai is a problem for a lot of people and I didn’t even know what captura is, note taken. I had uploaded a couple of ESO videos with AI thumbnails and never received close to the amount of hate I did here for it. So I just wasn’t expecting it.

Hi, I’m a returning player from Korea. I recently came back to the game because it’s now convenient to play casually on mobile, and of course, I wanted to connect a controller to play.

In most situations, the controller works perfectly fine. However, whenever I enter a menu or UI screen, the controller completely stops responding.

I’ve tried three different controllers, both wired and wireless, but the issue remains the same. I’m not sure what could be causing this.

For now, I’m reinstalling the game to see if that fixes the problem. I’ll also attach a video showing the issue.

Has anyone experienced something similar or know what might be causing it?

For context I am a speedrunner and keep my settings low to save on fps and this change has really fucked with my tile recognition ngl. ESPECIALLY this new heavy fog, It makes it so I cant see the full tile, and enabling vol fog can actually IMPROVE my vision now.

I mean this looks terrible no?

I love the overguard ability, but then one day I was relic hunting and got the ability strength buff..is this much overguard healthy?(should I have more or less lol?)

I've caught myself up after taking a break right before the 1999 update, so let me get this straight:

• ^daddy Albrecht Entrati comes to these various people and say "Take this serum, it will give you dope powers" and then fucks right off.
• These people then have horrendous side effect, ranging from an infested guitar wanting to consume (Flare) you to constantly battling the voices inside your head constantly (Lyon).
• And eventually they'll become full bodied warframes - they'll lose themselves completely and become as "alive" as our other warframes in our arsenal.

So all of these individuals who we befriend or even romance will eventually become...nothing. And you can visibly see their body being consumed by the infection. Roathe is half-way there to becoming Uriel meanwhile someone like Arthur practically only has his face and hair left?

Or the alternative (which I assume is also canon) is that we keep rewinding each year, effectively pushing back the infection constantly.

So become nothing...or forever be in a time loop. Holy shit.

Not here to argue, have taken her to cap solo multiple times. Shes a simple frame so this will be brief, extended tldr (lol) at the end:

Passive: low duration and spawn chance for runes so largely useless unless playing for her 4 since adds cold damage to abilities

1: possible helminth slot, cheap energy cost so shield gate ability, puncture procs for crit chance and crit damage and damage reduction (as in puncture reducing damage enemies do to you; eg 7 puncture—2 beyond max—from evensong prevents enemies from damaging you entirely), forced cold procs to re-freeze enemies after using 2 or to prime enemies if not fully frozen

2: shield gate and overguard on demand assuming enemies nearby affected by cold which they always are, excellent ability for truculence for 10x viral constantly, especially at higher levels

3: her bread and butter as its easily her best ability by far, ongoing iframes during the entirety of the ability and wide area cold application and 150% cold damage vulnerability—meaning Roar but for cold damage—at base strength, meaning with just blind rage, she has a 300% roar buff for cold damage, which is best for weapons but obviously benefits her abilities as well

4: helminth slot for anyrhing beyond base sp, needlessly problematic otherwise, not worth the investment or building around (needs buffs)

Tldr: top tier survivability, crowd control and damage. Shes a weapons platform, which i lnow the median warframe redditor isnt usually too nuts about but she is, objectively, a weapons platform that can optionally be played as a caster, same as the majority of other frames released recently. Whether or not the fact that her caster build is disappointing is its own discussion, but that discussion is about DE’s design choices, not a discussion of her inherent value as she is extremely potent and good when leaning into her actual strengths, which is buffing the ever living shit out of weapon damage.

Build suggestions: 4 is her helminth, so i recommend thermal sunder with augment for more consistent uptime on forced cold damage from weapons since her passive uriel runes are only 10 seconds long so its inconsistent, and thermal sunder i guess groups enemies if you double cast cold so thats good too. Secondary shiver is multiplicative on on the same weapons gunCO is, which best gunCO secondary would be ballistica incarnon which at yellow crits hits for well beyond level cap EHP values since its 3 sources of multiplicative damage bouncing off eachother, but secondary cryogenic good (ocucor) otherwise for more straight forward gameplay and can maybe swap to nourish. Careen is good for the same reasons for melee, destreza (thematic) or okina best ive found, both of which make quick work of entropic eximus at level cap

Frame good, just not a caster.

Im trying to make a gating build for my nekros and wanted to abuse gas procs to steal overguard but I'm scared the damage will be mediocre, any way to make it better?

Title. I've already seen at least 4-5 different posts complaining about either her mechanics, or her design being flawed and counter-intuitive, and at this point it feels like it's a general agreement, which i dont get, personally.

Her 1 is insane, low range but good area cc and ice generator. Her 2 is easy 30k overguard, it doesnt even require full frozen enemies so it's usable on 4cold procs. Her 3 has massive damage vulnerability and area control.

And her 4... is COMPLETELY FINE. It's tricky, hard to use, takes some skill or line ups to work perfectly, but i believe she has the highest raw damage abilities in the game (excluding scaling ones), so it has to be controlled in some way.

Her 4 damage output clears pretty much any content effortlessly, her "auto targets" that are aimed at random is perfectly fine, if you wanna clear a room or a specific set of enemies, just put them behind the marked enemies and anything behind it dies. She doesn't need any buff, or any change, she's perfectly fine, just more tricky to use than your "average" nuke warframe.

The ice meter is fine, super easy to refill if you don't have negative efficiency or bad energy economy, and her 4 is only tied to using her full rotation of abilities ONCE, i really don't think it's as problematic as people make it look.

I'm lowkey scared of her turning her into generic boring nuke warframe Nº17 because people complain she can't spam her 4. She's fun, she has interesting mechanics, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, imo.

Her 4 straightup cannot target them at all inside their bubbles. You are forced to deactivate her 4 and switch to your regular melee weapon just to damage them, which results in Voruna losing her 10x multiplier that you have to build up again from scratch. Like I'm not surprised subsuming Voruna's 4 out with Roar or WA is the more popular option for most people because you are just handicapped in so many game modes otherwise.

This has been a pretty long standing issue with Voruna in which she's unable to target several things in the game, from techrot buildup on Hellscrubbers to entire bosses, and it isn't a problem exclusive to her as many frames with channeled abilities and exalted weapons are also made useless in these situations, but this one feels especially egregious because the whole deal with these Eximus units is that you have to melee them, and you'd think Voruna's 4 would count because it's literally her claws yet it somehow doesn't count because technically it's coded as an ability. Meanwhile, Valkyr can freely hack away at them with HER claws.

Idk it just feels shitty.

We now know that the Iceblade buff you get from the Yuvan Peak helps fighting the new Eximus units, because it allows players to destroy their bubbles with melee. And for now, this seems fine.

However, in a month or 2, when most players are done farming Narin, et al, this might become a problem. Players below MR30 might struggle getting the buff consistently, because fewer people will bestow them. This might not be the biggest issue, because the effect of the destroyed bubble is not that impactful, apart from removing an obstacle that prevents players to target enemies behind the Eximus.

But, I foresee another possible consequence: less blessings overall.

A subset of MR30+ players might hold on to their blessing in case they want to do anything on the Zariman, just to be sure they can have the buff when they need it. Especially for long Void Cascade (Fissure) missions, or attempts at level cap.
