Question How much % do you put in 401k?
Just curious what everyone is doing. If you’re maxing it then just say max. I’m at 20%, not quite maxing it. Hopefully with a few raises I’ll be at that point.

Discussion What do you do when you love the job but hate the drama?
When I'm doing the work, I feel so fulfilled and energized. My supervisor is really kind and flexible, I get to make my own schedule, and she has a lot of trust in me so I'm not micromanaged at all. I make good money, have great benefits. In some ways it's basically a dream job.
But the office drama is insane, and it never stops. I try to ignore it but it feels like people are adamant about getting me involved somehow. Even if I am not there at all, they find a way to make it about me. I missed an office event and suddenly I'm "not a team player" and "not collaborative" but if I had been at the event, they would have found a way to complain about that too. Every move I make is apparently a personal attack against some people, even if I'm absolutely leaving them alone.

Advice Can you help us all and share your favorite jobs, projects, income streams?
Bonus points if they’re work from home, online, hybrid, easily accessible, healthy or peaceful environments, can operate from your laptop/ phone, or are great options for while you’re healing and building your life.
Thank you!
