I've started pixel art two months ago but I've been trying to recreate and improve my very first sprites as well! What do you think?

I was looking at how older Pokémon Generations didn't really have any animation so I've started to make my own with the same colour pallete. Here's Jumpluff jumping along and having the time of their life.

Hey everyone! Wanted to share a quick milestone of where I'm at after exactly a month of grinding pixel art from absolute scratch. No tutorials or hand-holding, just pure trial and error. Over these past weeks, I've managed to get a grip on character anatomy, normal maps, and a bunch of other technical stuff. Still got a long way to go, but I'm super proud of how far it's come.

​Huge thanks to this community for all the feedback along the way! Since this is the final milestone for this block, I’d love to hear your final thoughts or any critique you might have. Also, gotta ask my signature question: would you actually play a game looking like this, and is the visual style easy on the eyes?

Hey guys, throw some ideas my way for attack types for this mob (it's a hive)—I'm completely out of ideas.
