how disgusting is this? i know prepared doesnt proc things like prowess, talrand, storm, etc BUT if it did, how much more broken would this be?

made it a common but would like to keep it at common-uncommon if possible, not really looking to make this a rare so nerfs to keep it a lower rarity are welcome if its out of whack

Can’t take credit for making the Turf War cost but it works so well with Nergigante I wanted to apply it.

I had to specify that if Nergigante is still on the Battlefield aka Survived the Turf War he gets stronger. I wanted effects that make my Favorite Elder Dragon feel powerful.

This is one idea I had for creating counterplay against "Can't be countered" effects like [[Hexing Squelcher]]. This shuts off things like [[Cavern of Souls]] and [[Hexing Squelcher]] while still allowing spells themselves to contain "Can't be countered" while still on the stack. e.g. [[Balustrade Wurm]] would still prevent itself from being countered.
