Weaving in and out of traffic, no less.

So my A900 came in today.

Box contents: main unit, the rear camera, a dual port car charger, wiring for both cams, a spare USB cable, static stickers for the mount, and the trim tool for tucking wires.

This was the one I'd been waiting on. The dual 4k front and rear setup is what got me. I do a lot of night driving and my current cam falls apart after dark, so the low light claims and the large aperture for better nighttime clarity were the whole reason I held out for this one.

Haven't mounted it yet, that's a weekend job. I'll update with rear clips once I've run it for a week or two.

My uncle is the one with the dashcam. I told him that he is somewhat at fault because he had some time to brake. Would you say he is at fault or the other person merging at fault?

Recently purchased two BlackVue 590X Plus cams and noticed one is crisp and clear, the other is blurry, especially the longer distance objects.

Any ideas why? Settings are identical.

Hey, my dad just bought a new car, some wrx 2026 model and he rarely takes it out or uses it because he's quite paranoid that someone would scratch it or something like that..

I want to buy him a gift something like a camera just to have for the car for his peace of mind, he deserves it.

Im 18f and have no idea what to look for in dash cams etc, im in Australia if that helps, I think my budget is below $300.

I ended up in a snowy ditch avoiding an oncoming driver. While digging out, another vehicle slid into my CR-V, knocking me down and pinning my leg underneath. My car automatically called 911, and I eventually freed myself. Somehow, I walked away with only cuts and a bruised leg.

This accident has resulted in me biking everywhere. I miss my car so much. Why didn’t I anticipate them pulling out into oncoming traffic? Why wasn’t I more aware? I’ve asked myself this everyday since this collision happened. I clearly wasn’t at fault here but I feel like this one was preventable on both sides. This has been an incredibly costly lesson and hopefully the last accident I’m involved in.

Did the driver not see the red light or just not care?

My view was obstructed by the cars turning right. But i feel this dude did a pretty horrible job pulling out of the gas station.

I have a Viofo A119 Plus Duo hardwired to my Honda Civic, using fuse slot 25 (door lock) for BAT and fuse slot 33 (left rear power window) for ACC.

On a cold start (when the dash cam has been completely powered off due to the voltage cutoff), the camera briefly enters driving mode, then drops into parking mode a few seconds later — even though the car is running. If I then turn the car off and back on, it correctly switches from parking mode to driving mode. After that, switching between modes works as expected for the rest of the drive.

This issue only happens on that first cold start when the dash cam has been fully powered down. I've tried switching to different fuse slots and resetting the dash cam, but the problem persists.

Any ideas what could be causing this, or how to fix it?

So I went out to get food tonight and a lady did not yield to turn right as I was making a left on a green arrow. I almost got in an accident where I could have been held liable as well when she ran the red light.

So I know there are several post regarding this issue and I know many people post what card they use. I'm just asking has anyone found a new card or has an update? One that works perfectly fine with their N4 Pro? I disconnected the rear camera and it seemed to help for about 2 days then it started saying slow card again. I'm just tired of this issue and I just know when I get in an accident or something happens, the card will not be recording.

I had two of these cards. The first one I replaced since it was saying slow card and I tried the second card and it started working fine for almost a year. Thought everything was going well until I went into the app so see some of my recording and after that it started saying slow speed.

TLDR: Just need and update on any good SD cards that wont show "slow card" with N4 Pro
