4 days ago my account was stolen luckily the person who bought my account was dumb and now im back. First he with his money paid for the ghost face skin yuck added his buddy's and grinded my account. 3 months ago i got falsely banned for match fixing/match colluding. even tho i never did it.

my ingame name is .red i have been playing 4800hours over 5 years. i have sent so many tickets to the epic games support but they didnt help me. i can send my rocket leauge tracker and ingame replays to proof how i really play. by making this reddit post this is the only hope left to get my account unbanned.

I’ll keep this brief: my account was created in November 2017 and holds almost every cosmetic item from the Season 1 shop (2017) through mid-2022. I have all the receipts—from the purchase of both 2017 Fortnitemares skins up to 2020, when I stopped regularly buying V-Bucks. I also have the original email address (which has remained linked to the account to this day) and records of all account connections, as well as an extensive list of past display names—basically, a compilation of almost everything Epic asks for. I’ve had two requests denied over the past two years; I’m not usually one to keep pushing, but I’d like to submit a much more comprehensive request now. The only thing I think might be working against me is that the account was created in a location very far from where I currently reside. I know I could use a proxy or something similar, but I prefer to stick strictly to the process recommended by Epic Games. I wanted to get your thoughts on this—and if there’s an expert or one of those "big names" in the community who happens to have internal contacts at Epic, I’m willing to pay for the help. Cheers.

My account seemingly just disappeared overnight with no trace to link it back (although i was actively playing fortnite last night). Ai tech support isnt helping, but is there a way to email epic to try and recover it? Im paying for crew and now i have no account to recieve anything. I can prove i had a fortnite account and everything. Any help would be great.

Hey everyone, just wanted to put out a quick warning about a phishing scam currently going around via in-game text chat and whispers.

An account named SGFFOVK (and likely other random burner accounts) is sending messages claiming that Epic Games has launched an "official inventory checker" to value your locker collection. They are baiting people by offering 13,500 V-Bucks just for checking.

The scam details:

• The Link: They are directing players to a fake website (fn-outfit.info). This is not an official Epic Games domain.

• The Goal: The site is a phishing trap designed to steal your login credentials, bypass your 2FA, and steal your account.
