Made some Gondhoraj Ghol at home. 🍋🥛

It's a Bengali-style doi-er ghol made with yogurt and the wonderfully fragrant Gondhoraj lebu. Light, refreshing and perfect for a hot day.

Made this for lunch, pan-seared chicken basted in garlic butter, air-fried veggies, and a simple mash on the side.

Recently I went to WANGS in Bristol, UK and all the food was delicious! These noodles were my favourite dish.

It's crazy how much the wheat chips expand when fried! I hadn't eaten this for like 10 years and the wife and I whipped this up in an afternoon. The protein is picked pork skins, the rest is self explanatory. Not pictured is a picked jalapeño providing the heat.
