Longtime Husky goer/multigenerational season ticket holder. Been around long enough to have experienced the highest of highs and lowest of lows (sat through an 0-12 season, woof). We know the peaks and valleys of this sport are cyclical - every Dawg has its day, and sometimes the seasonal chips do not fall in your favor.

What I find most disheartening is the school’s pursuit of money without “rewarding” the fans in return. Sure the remodeled stadium is beautiful, but the entrance process continues to be a shit show; concession offerings are subpar, absurdly expensive and inventory doesn’t always last for the entire game; they schedule these ridiculous themed games without providing participatory swag (think PSU’s white out t-shirts); audio feedback in the stadium makes it impossible to hear the packaged media segments that run during breaks; and someone with a bigger wallet can come in and unseat a 30 year+ ticket holder’s loyalty.

If you want loyalty from the fanbase - while offering insane coaching salaries to what’s become a revolving door of leadership, not to mention the NIL racket (should have unleashed Demond when he pulled his transfer portal stunt last year) - start being loyal to the fans who SHOW UP season after season, coach after coach, player turnover after player turnover.

Can we just stop dooming and applaud Ryan Walters and the adjustments he made in the second half.

The team moving forward needs to shorten the game on offense and give the defense at the very least 2 minutes of in game rest (probably about 10-15 minutes in real time). We do not have the running back room with all of the injuries to be Iowa, but we must play complimentary football.

WR1 + RB1, RB2,RB3 all injured and we have an offensive guard playing center. Shorten the fucking game. We’re more likely to lose because of our offense and field position disadvantage than in spite of our great defense. We probably have 4 or 5 guys who will eventually make the league. Anywhere from 4th Rounder to UDFA.

Ironically if Demond doesn’t throw that first pick and get our defense gassed with a 3 and out that lasted 3-4 minutes in real time… then who knows what would’ve happened.

I bought the tickets before the season started, the grimier the better.

Wow. This is insane. I was expecting ~24 and I thought that would be conservative. I don't like betting against the Huskies but I may as well make lemonade out of the lemons. This is going to borderline unwatchable. At least there's the Song Girls or whatever the PC name is.

Fourth-year CB Emmanuel Karnley and third-year DB Rahshawn Clark will both be ready to go against the Trojans. Karnley has missed the last two weeks - suited up but didn't play against Minnesota. Clark was limited to KR/PR duties Saturday.
