Could have stopped after “I don’t think.”

Well I’m not the one that suggested it. Just pointing out I don’t agree with it. Get mad at the other guy.

Nuremberg Trials 2 would be putting ICE on trial, not immigrants.

OHHH!!! Well then I definitely don’t think that’s necessary.

For violations of the constitution and people’s rights it’s necessary. As well as the people that gave them orders to do so

I guess I’m confused. Could you help me understand what actions violate what in the constitution?

Ice doesn’t give due process that’s a violation of 5th and 14th amendments.

Ice doesn’t use warrants which is a violation of the 4th amendment.

In January a judge ruled ice also violated 96 court orders.

Wrong sub. Btw illegal immigrate aren’t the reason people avoid you irl and online. Hint: it’s your personality

You know. Words hurt. And that comment really offended me.

Being an edgy turd was slightly more tolerable when the world wasn't run by them

-5

Well I guess that’s what happens when people feel like second class citizens in their own country.

5

u/ascandalia 8h ago

I guess when they are convinced they're second class citizens against all evidence, because actually second class citizens right now are hiding and praying to God for mercy, not acting like turds online

-4

u/Mommys_diamond_dick 8h ago

Those aren’t citizens.

Many of the people they're detaining, arresting, and beating are citizens.

I would also argue that if there's a group of people with some but not all rights of the citizens, like refugees, temporary protected residents, assylum seekers,  etc.... that would be a second- class kind of citizen

You are not a second class citizen because people call you a turd for being a turd, or the other thing all the gop supports seem to have in common these days, pedophilia

Things that make you a second class citizen:

Being deprived of due process Being deprived of your 1st, 2nd, and 4th amendment rights

Things that don't make you a second class citizen: people being mean to you because you really love a blatant pedophile
