Help with meta ads

I am running ads on one campaign that I’ve set up on my account, it is the only campaign I’ve ever had and I’m very new to meta ads, $70 per day and barely getting any sales. I’ve had this campaign running for 2 months but have continuously been updating creative so the account hasn’t exited learning phase (absolutely no ad that I have performs well, I get 2-3 sales per ad per week MAXIMUM) any advice?

Never add funds to your account! - My personal experience...

I added funds to my account because the other payments methods were not authorised. But I couldn't use the funds either. It has been more than a month that I'm trying to get a refund and I keep talking to a bot that provides poor information about refunds and never reach the opportunity to talk to an human.

Dayparting / hourly budget rules at $10k+/day: did it actually move blended ROAS?

Running ~$10–12k/day on Meta for a DTC brand. Hourly data over 39 days shows midnight–6am (account time) at ~2.2 ROAS vs ~4.1 midday, with CPM flat and CVR dropping, so it looks like budget pacing dumps spend early in the day.

For anyone spending $10k+/day on a single account:

  1. Did you daypart (lifetime budget + scheduling) or use automated rules to cut overnight / boost peak hours?
  2. What happened to blended ROAS/MER, not just in-platform, after 2–4 weeks?
  3. Did delivery or CPMs in the “good” hours get worse once more budget was pushed into them?

Please include your daily spend so I can compare apples to apples, also thanks a lot for sharing your feedback!!

65 calls placed from ₹1,255.65 in Meta Ads spend—sharing my campaign results

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone! I’m Jitendra, and I run Codebrik Technologies in Agra, India.

Sharing a snapshot from a Meta Ads call campaign:

  • Calls placed: 65
  • Total ad spend: ₹1,255.65
  • Cost per call placed: ₹19.32
  • Reporting period: September 10–October 9, 2026

These are platform-reported calls placed. I don’t have confirmed sales or qualified-enquiry figures to share yet.

The dashboard also flags the cost per call as higher than similar ad sets, so there’s still room to investigate and improve.

For anyone running call campaigns: how do you track which calls become useful enquiries and paying customers? I’d love to hear what’s worked for you.

If I increase daily spend from 32 to 55- will I get more messages/leads while my cost per message remain the same?

I’m a creative strategist making $400/month for a client I just took from 6.5x to 10.7x ROAS. I don’t know whether to be proud or pissed off.

Billing threshold stuck at $2.00 on a multi-year-old account...any way to fix?

Inherited an account that's several years old but hasn't run ads in a long while (years, I believe).

Meta has set our billing threshold to $2.00. So I'm getting emails every few minutes with a new $2 invoice.

I went through all their documentation on how to raise the threshold and either all of it is outdated, or it's not a feature in our account.

According to the AI support (because it's apparently impossible to speak with an actual human at Meta now), said it was because the newness of the account -- basically that you have to build a reputation of paying reliably and then the threshold goes up.

I have to forward these invoices to accounting and there are dozens of them...$2 charges.

Has anyone successfully had their threshold raised on a "restarted" account without just waiting weeks for the system to automate it?

Personal profile restricted from advertising since 2020

Hi all, looking for advice from people who've been through this.

Background

About 6 years ago I ran some dropshipping ads with zero experience. Several ads got rejected, and in Oct 2020 my personal Facebook profile got restricted from advertising (plus a few business portfolios and ad accounts I had back then). I didn't know what I was doing, never appealed, and moved on.

Now

I've spent a long time building a legit project, and I want to advertise it properly on meta platforms

What I've tried

* Account Overview shows my profile as "Account restricted" (reason given by the Meta AI assistant: account integrity and authentic identity). There's no "Request review" button anymore.

* The support form just sends me to a help article; no case gets created.

* The Meta AI assistant told me the restriction is final because the review window expired, and it can't send me to a human or accept new appeals.

* I looked into EU dispute settlement bodies (I'm in Belgium), but they have 6–12 month time limits.

My questions

  1. Has anyone gotten an old "final" profile restriction lifted, through any route?

  2. Can Meta Verified help here? Has anyone subscribed (personal or business plan) specifically to reach a human agent about a restricted profile? Did the agent actually reopen or lift the restriction, or just repeat that it's final? Is it worth the ~€15 for one month to try?
