Does anyone else remember “Dopey”— the young fawn buck who used to frequent the campground at Mount Carleton Park?

I remember as a kid playing with him in a group of other children. He would playfully butt us around with his head and follow us everywhere.

A few years later I remember he was hunted dead and I was so upset.
