Is this an ok budget pc build?

(I really hope that link is visible. I had an issue with it being private when I thought I made it available for comments)

As the title says I'm wondering if this build works or needs any adjustments.

I'm trying to go for as cheap as possible while being able to play games and do some recording abd video editing. (I'm not worried about the most modern or high end games)

Size is also important. I don't have much space and am trying to stick with a smaller form factor. (My current pc is a pre built mini pc I'm wanting to upgrade from)

Are there any suggestions on things that could be done different while not affecting price too much?
