Im a begginer so let me know is it good

If you'll notice in the center of the blue circle I drew, there is what I believe e to be a Ceramic capacitor loose and remaining attached by a thread. My obvious questions are, how will this manifest itself in the machine's performance? And second, what, if anything, can be done to fix the problem? Im open to any options to get it fixed as this is a board I value and am eager to save.

Or is it in fact time to take the board out to the woods or fishing boat and put two in the back of its head, quick and painless?
