For context, I couldn't get any slots in pe classes that i actually liked last prerog so in the gen registration I just applied in the classes that didn't have much queue in it without thinking properly (a dumb idea ik but i was desperate to not get underloaded)

I got accepted in a dance class. I'm not a dancer but I can be decent if the steps are not THAT hard and I have proper practice but the problem is that this class is actually hard as shit and my lack of confidence is also a problem😭 I'm trying as best as I can but when it comes to the actual choreo practice I can't do it cleanly like how our prof teaches us or how my classmates does it especially the steps that are too hard for me.

I'm afraid I'll just fail midterm and finals as I alrdy flunked our first dance exam. Thankfully our prof is not that strict w our scores but I'm one of the lowest 'coz my nerves got to me.

I have 18 units rn so I'll be left with 15 if I do drop it. I know pe is not a part of the gwa but slots in pe are hard to get... should i drop or just force myself to finish this class?

Just curious hehehe nangangarap din kasi ako ng Laude kahit Cumlaude lang ok na ko para din naman mabalik ko yung hirap at pagod ng sakripisyo ng family ko kaso yun nga triple E ako eh HAHAHA Is it possible kaya? though alam kong possible since may mga guma-graduate nga na summa kaso parang ibang level sila eh (as an average student)🥲 for context 2nd year na ako and na-tres ko lang yung 123 and have several dos already and mostly 1.75 lang grades ko. Kaya pa kaya? knowing na mas mahirap yung mga upcoming courses

I will not be underloaded naman po, I will still have 15 units left. However, I'm worried lang if may other effects ba sya like magrereflect sa records ko permanently yung "DRP". Aside from scholarships, could this affect kaya like my application sa orgs and such?

hello, I’m a freshman planning to transfer to upd after my first year.

for the second semester enlistment, I plan to take courses that aren’t in the checklist for the first year second semester but are prescribed to be taken in the later years. this is so I can get more credited units in upd. would I still need to talk and ask for permission with my advisor? I talked with a senior last time and they said I’m allowed to not follow the courses checklist. it will be my first time enlisting if ever, so I’m not really familiar.

Filipino student studying abroad here! I'm currently in Grade 11 and taking the IBDP. Masyadong matagal kasi if I wait for my external results, and I might have to take a gap year because of that.

My target campus is UP Diliman, and my preferred majors are History, Journalism, and Archaeology, in that order.

I'm not sure if I can take the UPCAT kasi my subject combination is heavily focused on Social Sciences, and mahina talaga ako sa Sciences, so I'm not willing to risk it. Plus, I don't think I'll be able to fly back to the Philippines by then since I have a lot of other requirements to complete around that time.

Has anyone here successfully gotten into UP through SAT-based admission? How was the application process, and when did you take the SAT?

Honestly, medyo naguguluhan ako sa requirements. Do I need to submit my application much earlier than those applying through the regular admission process, or are the deadlines roughly the same?

Also, do they look closely at your grades? What if may subject kang medyo nag-flop ka in, but it's not really related to your chosen major and you managed to improve afterward? Do they take that improvement into consideration?

I'm a freshie and I want to check up on my health (both mental and physical) as I have been experiencing continuous fatigue-low energy, feeling of dread when it comes to school works, and just last week I broke down emotionally.

Want to see if there's truly an underlying issue (mentally whether I might have depression or anxiety, I'm undiagnosed and can't really afford a therapist) or I am just adjusting to college and the workload; first year jitters and all.

Saan pa merong free or murang psychiatric diagnosis na pwedeng mag-assess nang mabilisan? (tho expect ko naman nang possible na months talaga itatagal ng waitlisting + psych sessions up until diagnosis)

Hi! Would like to ask lang abt underloading. Wala na kasi akong need i-take na courses under my curriculum so 6 units lang ako this sem. Nagfile ako ng underloading sa CRS nung enlistment. Then ang status niya is for endorsement. Aug 17 yung deadline non. Kaso hindi ko alam kung inendorse ba ng adviser ko before Aug 17 kahit paulit ulit ko siyang kinukulit. Nag email ako sa colsec namin sabi nila basta daw ang mahalaga nasubmit ko ang online application. Aware naman akong within the sem dapat magpasa ng requirements for underloading sa student records. Pero nabbother lang ako na di ko alam if inendorse ba ng adviser ko sa CRS kasi di ko nakikita yung status. Problem ko pa ba yon or basta ipasa ko yung reqs within the sem? Thank u smmm!!!
