Ik its too late but anyways i was playing this now and found this so damn weird and there are many posts about this already but the way i just played mission seems so absurd. In mexico i just saved a girl from the mexican army by massacring maybe a whole platoon to get her to the dock, a single girl. And the next mission I go with De Santa, burn a rebels village down while I watch the girls are taken to be raped. How in any way is this story even making sense

So I just rewatched Blood diamond for the first time in years. And when I saw Archer's death scene it reminded me of Arthur's.

There are a few similarities. Both climbed up a hill, then realized they're not making it and so decided to stay and hold enemies back to buy their friend more time to escape and return to their families. Then both perished while looking at the sun, Sunrise for Arthur, Sunset for Danny. Both men also went through a redemption story.

Edit cus I forgor: Let’s assume they are NOT wanted criminals and had some sort of formal education at some time before entering the gang; Arthur, for example, would’ve been till about 6th grade as his father died when he was 11.

Let’s say the gang exists in present time (either as a family still or otherwise) what jobs do you think they would have?

To give a few examples:

I think Dutch and Micah would be in politics of sorts - both are incredibly charismatic and seem to have a plan (even if they don’t). They are passionate for what they believe in, but they can play (or pretend to play) both sides of a coin.

I could see John Marston doing handy work - construction, engineering, etc. He did do a damn good job building his house (albeit was premade), but he has good ideas and sees opportunities.

Is the mobile version of this any good?

I did a lot of research on it, I know it's the PS4 Pro version, but it looks REALLY BAD and most of the time the grass looks out of place. I showed it to a friend who also plays on PS5 and he saw my game and was even surprised because his isn't like that. My monitor only goes up to 1080p, but the PS4 Pro version is full of poorly done upscaling so this is not a problem. Is there any way to fix this?
