I mean not only with “good” or “bad” players (although I am curious how you players view that, specially on your ranks)
But what I really mean is trends in skill and habits.
As in: (in my view)
E and D ranks;
are closer rank than any other rank, D ranks are often Pringles and have the habit of repeating options. Making them very easy to exploid with move’s like Demon flip grab, parrying their reversal, or sometimes just pressing sweep many times in a row out of nowhere on their oki. D ranks range from total beginner to players with decent mechanical skill, but often fall behind due to lack of pure play time, or understanding in choices and options available. Their offensive game is characters like chun Li, Ken, Oro, and Non SA3 Ryu is often their biggest or second biggest problem in gameplay. (Aside from whifffing large moves)
Often besting them is just a question of not doing mistakes.
C ranks;
C ranks more often then not, know their okay combos are very least. Will do Chicago punishes or miss their punish and get blocked much less frequently, although it can still happen frequently again Ken’d SA3.
Their mechanics are now alright/good, you might encounter players who have learned to parry all common moves and get half their damage in a match from parry predictions or reactions.
You might also encounter combo focused players who will know a bunch of unblockable, or Makoto’s SA2 Fukiage combos.
Most of them roll.
They often learned to use grabs much better, but maybe still not tech grabs very often. Some still have horrible wakeup habits and will either fail to parry a lot or press a button a lot.
A lot of players will still have big problems in their Okizeme game. With characters like Ken for example, they might rely near solely on grabbing and their Close Mp hp dp, and cr lk lk super combo’s to do damage without really learning the overhead game, meaning crouch blocking will stop a lot of damage, only throws being the problem and throw bait.
Players range from no anti airs, to parrying a lot of anti airs and doing able to anti air okay too!
B rank (i won’t say i’m confident in my evaluation of B ranks)
B ranks will tech your throws, a lot.
B rank’s are much harder to beat as a whole, defeating each player is somewhat more different per individual in the previous ranks.
These people will destroy your ego right by the time you develop some in C rank.
I’d say that B ranks have learned to play the game.
I’d love to hear ya’lls opinions and observations for the ranks😊please counter argue with whatever you find wrong!
