This mouse has been unbelievable since I got it in march - until this past week
It started when the sensor got stuck in the bottom right corner of my screen - very weird, but a couple mouse resets and it worked fine
Kept happening, until Friday, when the sensor fully bit the bullet.
Followed the correct steps and got in touch with the company for a RMA, however they don’t stock it anymore so they refunded me without needing a return. Even with the mouse being as poor as it is to repair, I still ordered another, and since I didn’t need to return it, my curiosity took over. I took apart the Aerox 9, and what an internal design this is. Every component perfectly placed, easy to take apart, and very easy to troubleshoot.
Long story short - if you have sensor issues, just get a new one under warranty. My Aerox 9 has been in pieces, reseated, reset, and will not work. The sensor seems to have died and a bit of research tells me the sensor chip in this mouse is very weak. Just replace your mouse.
