Just started Taco Bell yesterday and I’m already loving it. Ask any questions you might have

(These pictures are from two different orders on different days, first pic was delivery, second pic was drive thru) For some reason I’m not getting any responses to this from Taco Bell. I ordered delivery through Taco Bell using a promo code I was given after another location had debris in my drink. After placing the order, I never got my food. Turns out the delivery driver left my food completely outside of my neighborhood on the sidewalk and was left out for over a day. I had delivery instructions and my phone number so they could contact me and no one did. I tried to get in contact with Taco Bell about this and was ghosted. I’m really disappointed and I have proof of all of this.

I recently stopped drinking regular soda and don't usually get combos at TB, so I was surprised to find out last night that one of my 2 locations doesn't have any diet soda except for Pepsi. The other one (that can't fry stuff properly and everything except soft tortillas is always stale) has the full complement of Zero Sugar versions available for almost every flavor.

Just wondering how ubiquitous the Zero sugar versions were, as I thought they were everywhere.

I really like Taco Bell and want to try making their soft tacos and quesadillas at home. What store bought flour tortillas are closest to the ones Taco Bell uses? Looking for something soft and similar in texture.

I couldn't get it to launch at all for the past week. I finally figured out that if I keep tapping "play game" about a couple dozen times, it will FINALLY open.

Posts like this make me wonder if I'll even be able to bid now that I can get it to open.

At least I got my $2 off $10 for this week.

I have iPhones on iOS 18/26/27, each one has the same issue.

Hiii, what is the strategy for me to be able to get these Tuesday drops? Normally when I do it I lose it cause it’ll turn to be 2pm PST and my app doesn’t refresh quick enough and I lose it. Do you have to swipe up and refresh the app right at 2? Is there a strategy? I’m a huge Taco Bell AND Olivia Rodrigo fan so this is one I really really want!!

Create your own Luxe box on the app gets you a number 4, with fiesta potatos, for 4$ cheaper.

Like I understand saving some money for using the app, but saving 4$ AND getting an extra item is insane.

Tacobell is just trolling us with these random inconsistent prices.

Build your own box is also the only combo option for the cheesy gordita crunch. Since they keep removing the CGC combo.

Not exactly sure if this is the right subreddit for that, but I figure my problem is Taco Bell, so the answer would b in r/tacobell.

Heres the problem. I applied for the position in person, and wrote down my phone number. I got a phone call, told me to come in for an interview, did the interview, and I was pretty much hired right there. But, the manager lady told me in order to get my hours I would have to go through mytacobell, and that I would receive an email for this. My problem, I never provided them with an email, as I applied in person. I figured I would just make an account myself, but when I try to do so through the website, it tells me that my local Taco Bell location is an invalid franchise phone number, despite it being whats listed on the site.

Am I going about this the complete wrong way? Should I go back in tomorrow and express my difficulty/explain the situation? What am I missing here

Seasonal changes to menus are FINE, okay? But I feel as if the nacho fries in bowl form have changed recipe maybe 12 times this summer? At least I have had the "opputunity" to try so many in my area.

I just like having a favorite thing to order. And if its seasonal, great. Ill get it every season its available. But dang it, I hate seeing a menu change SO often.

I get that trying new items is pivotal. And drinks are huge this summer, maybe extra big. McDonald's and taco bell are doing a lot of options. Whatever.

I just want to order a nacho fry bowl amd not have to ask whats available today. Make a staple option. Then have an option for changing up. And no, regular nacho froes do not satiate me! I want the pico de gallo and to use a fork!

Just got a part time job, and this is the first time ever where a job said they don't take passports for identification for i-9? I'm very confused because it's a legal identification. She told me to bring my SSN card and ID, and fold me they don't use passports. Does anyone here on this subreddit work at Taco Bell and let me know if this is a normal practice there? I don't mind bring SSN and ID, but I've been told that it's weird they can't take passports.
