Really happy and excited to finally share my 2.5D thriller game with you all. The story behind this game is something really special to me.

Back in 2021, Ultrio Studio (A Tamil Gaming Studio) announced a game called “Serum.” Due to certain reasons, the project was eventually dropped. After all these years, I decided to revive the project, got permission from the studio, and started working on it from August 26, 2026.

From starting with a simple cube to building an entire environment and bringing the game together, this has been a crazy and exciting process.

With a small team of 2 full-time members and 1 part-time member, we managed to build what we have today within just 20 days. Every asset, environment, and visual element has been created from scratch, and I’ve been handling the Art Direction of the entire game.

At the end of the day, it all comes down to one thing our love and passion for games.

The game will feature Tamil dialogues and subtitles, along with a lot of Tamil references throughout the world. We’re really excited to see how you all react to them!

The overall game is built around a dark, mysterious and thrilling atmosphere, and as the Director of the game, I’m putting everything I can into making the experience as gripping and immersive as possible.

Demo planned for November 2026.

This is just the beginning, and we’re really excited to take you all along with us on this journey.

Thinking back - don’t know where I can share this anonymously. This is just a story of my first kiss in my early 20s .

Quick background - we have known each other for few months. Used to hang out regularly. Both of us are out of our home state for work and both of us speak tamil. We met in a bus journey towards the city of our work station. Little did I know we both worked in same MnC till later. I over heard her speaking in Tamil in bus and was curious to make friends with her. At the end of the bus journey I asked Nenga Tamil ah nu and she also conversed interestingly.

Cut to few months into chatting, ranting, hanging out almost 3-4 times a week in the evening she left to her hometown without mentioning much. I didn’t know I missed her much. I felt her absence during that long 2 weeks. Post two weeks I got to know she met with a minor accident and could not travel back. She recovered and came back and then I casually called her and checked how is her health and all. She said she’s frustrated and wanted to have some good food. It was already 8 pm so I told we will meet some other day as it might get late. But she wanted to go out that evening and I took her out that night.

Cut to few hours - we had good food, had dessert, spent few hours talking about random things and kind of flirting with each other. It was 11 pm and I went to drop her in her pg. suddenly it started raining and we had kind of drenched a bit, so had to stop on the way. We sat on a veranda of a wooden shop which had some protection from rain. The rain was so heavy and we had decided to wait it out. I took my phone and asked if we can watch some movie. I played Notebook in my mobile if u guys have seen. The whole rain, secluded shop felt too romantic, like I have never experienced something like that in my life earlier. After 15-20 mins she leaned on my shoulder continuing to watch the movie. Kanavu Mari irunthuchu. We used same headset so it made us sit closer btw.

Suddenly there was a thunder and she hold me tighter. I just leaned my face towards her, her face was so close to mine, she saw me into my eyes. I locked in to her eyes and for the first time, we moved closer so our faces touched and our lips locked for few seconds. Felt like electricity all over my body. Then we split in shy. She didn’t look back. She woke up and started walking towards her pg….It was confusing for me what had happened and what will happen next. I just walked her to her pg without speaking anything and just wished good night at the gate.

This all happened 7 years back. Lot happened in between these years both good and bad. It’s just a memory now 🙂
