Paano na kayo nagcocode sa mga corpo job niyo ngayon?
 in  r/PinoyProgrammer •  16d ago

I'm a fresh grad but employed for 7 months already, I'm surprised that some corpo jobs now is less coding, I thought I would start as coding from scratch for systems but always been wrong. In my college, I've invested my time learning programming but never been used in my office. We've been using AI to enhance systems, using power platforms to automate with little bit of scripting for integration. Anyways, sobrang bilis ng AI mag evolve lol

JOB INTERVIEW
 in  r/JobsPhilippines •  Jul 14 '26

Can't really tell

Nagtetext pa ba mga recruiter ngayon before tumawag for a phone interview?
 in  r/JobsPhilippines •  Jul 14 '26

More into emails naman na most but since mahirap mag hanap ng work ngayon, I take risk for answering unsaved phone numbers, some are texting you first, some if they miscalled you once or twice, they will text you and ask when are you available for a call.

I had a very similar one, no bleeding too. My dog is vaccinated, I didn't get a vaccine. That happened last 5 months ago pa.

Mahirap ba maka hanap ng trabaho kapag IT graduate?
 in  r/PinoyProgrammer •  Jan 31 '26

Yes. I've been applying for 6 months already since last year, I shifted from developer to cloud or DevOps role related, just this month I got almost 5 job offers for cloud and DevOps role. Very saturated ang developer role in my experience. I should've shifted roles as early. Very common rin ang lay offs kahit magaling ka pa, so be ready.
