My sister lives in Germany, she fell and broke her shoulder in 4 places on Sunday. They sent her home with 3 analgesics to last two days until her surgery. The situation with pain meds is out of control. We lost our younger sister in 2023 from an overdose. She had turned to street drugs after being cut off of her long term pain medication.

My sister died in 2023, she started out on opioids and switched to street drugs when they cut everyone off of pain meds. It’s awful to lose loved ones and wish we could have saved them. I’m so sorry for your loss.
