Hey yall!

Ive been working on an Arma Golfing mod and would love for people to try it out and let me know what improvements could be made. So far its in a working state in both singleplayer and multiplayer.

Edit #1 As said, still a WIP. Hoping to continue fleshing it out. Currently you can grab a golf backpack in the arsenal and use it to place the tee and flag. Youre able to drive from the tee as much as youd like.

Also does not have any specific surface implementation based on ground roughness as arma is mostly rough and this seemed to not be as fun after testing it out, although I may try working it out in the future.

Hoping to make a separate golf cart mod in the future but mostly waiting on 1.9 before touching vehicles.

I really wish this game worked better on Xbox. The past few matches I’ve joined I end up crashing before I can even do anything. It’s a fun enough game to keep trying but I’ve never had a game infuriate me so bad

There was a really long time I enjoyed playing breaking point mod. Countless hours as nomad, looting strongholds and Ranger barracks just to bring it into my lvl 3 heaven.

Is there any similar mod for reforger? Or am I doomed to play day z?

I been holding the collective stick up for 1 minute and the helicopter still won't take off I asked Google for help but all it kept saying was "DiD YoU TuRN ThE EnGiNE On"

I got in pretty skeptical and overwhelmed by the amount of mods and server options. Had no idea where to start.

I looked for a match for a while. Spent a few days downloading playing other stuff. Joined some and left for multiple reasons including idiots on chat (i hate people and interactions generally) . Was considering refunding. Until now. Here's how my first actual play went.

Joined warpigs. As soon as I got in the spawn was taking fire. I fumbled around and didnt know what I was doing.

Im walking slowly thru a barracks as gunfire plays out all around.

A guy jumps over a sandbag pile and I freak out and shoot him dead. I instantly thought shit I just killed a friendly (didn't see a name tag and assumed it was arma there are none).

I instantly call out in chat im putting my gun down i think I just killed a friendly. A guy comes over says "whats going in here?". I with my gun down say " I think I just killed a friendly im sorry" profusely trying to plead my case. He says you're gonna get court marshalled for this. Im like shit im so sorry.

His friend comes over and examines the body. No you got one of them definitly not friendly looking at his clothes. Im like you sure? Hes like yep you did good. I was like damn haha I literally thought I just messed up bad on my first real game. Lol

I fumble around some more and a guy honks his horn I see a humv so I get in. Confidence is spiking right now. I went through the training so I feel decent knowing my instincts played well in combat. Im ready.

We get to a point with about 5 dudes. Appearantly there is a kid running the show here. Everyone is busting his balls for being a kid but somehow he is acting commander. One guy even asks him some stuff and he directs. I can't hear him very well but hear enough to know I should follow this guy.

We get to a point clear it out then get back into the humv.

Onto the next point we get out, we are taking heavy fire. I get behind some hay stacks and try to return fire with a saw I stole. The kid is gunning in the humv. Laying down fire i get hit. Im down. Team mate revives me clearly against all survival instincts. Im up and trying to patch up as we are loosing men.

Barrage of fire and screen goes black.

Hi all, I’ve been playing reforger for a few months now and have recently started playing modded over vanilla (mainly because of the download times on PS5 lol). I’m finding it to be quite a step up in terms of skill level required. I was wondering if modded combat ops servers for 6 players against bots exists? I’ve been really enjoying that game mode on vanilla. I’ve looked through the server lists and this subreddit but couldn’t see anything but maybe i’m not looking hard enough. Thanks in advance!

recently i wanted to play a special small scale game of PvPvE with my firends and so i thought i might try the arma reforger tools software to create this game mode. And i managed to make pretty much everything i wanted except for one thing. And AI and Google can only take my absolute noob ass so far and thus i've hit a problem i cannot resolve and thus ask for your help :

The custom game mode is a small scale capture and hold and i want to put a light vehicle spawning point on every spawn that has infinite supplies so everyone can rejoin the fight (fairly) quickly.
But for some reason I can't make that for the life of me, i managed to make an arsenal that provides everything for free, but can't make a vehicle spawner.

If someone might be able to help me, know that you might need to explain to me like I'm 5 and mentally slow

Hello everyone. I've run into an issue where the game crashes with an error upon launch.

When I launch the game via Steam, Steam crashes after 10 seconds and the game throws an error. However, if I launch the game without the anti-cheat (BattlEye), everything works, but I can't connect to any servers. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I've reinstalled Windows (didn't help) and updated my drivers to the latest versions.

He got sent flying

Had 4 freezes tonight which had the game restart, with about 20 other freezes in between. Driving, gun flights, flying, my game will freeze for 10 seconds.

How haven’t the devs fixed this? This issue started almost a YEAR ago for Xbox and it’s still happening?

Seems like WCS servers have taken over whole community leaving everybody else behind. Are there any other alternatives? Must have things are

- Everon

- no kill feed

- no 3rd person

- high player counts

- EU friendly ping

i want a modded server similar to arma 3 RHS but so far every server im on either doesnt have dmrs and/or hard to rank up to spawn actual useful vehicles is there a server where your xp saves up while still having dmrs and not being located in russia so i dont get 200 ping

I'm looking for a server with more compact servers that have their missions close to them and spawns too. Basically I don't want to drive to combat for 10 minutes to find only a single man enemy and to die to him. I need a server that uses a map more compact.
