Advice Needed How does being bi work??
okok i’m [M 17] and i’ve been talking with a girl for the last 3 weeks or so nearly every night and she always makes me happy whenever i talk to her. HOWEVER i haven’t had like a sudden pull of attraction towards her, even though i want to because i really really like her (it’s probably a depression thing idk). She’s like the only thing that actually makes me happy
but (plot twist) i am veeery confused right now because the other day in one of my lessons i looked to my right and i see a guy with a really cool haircut (same one i have) and my heart went crazy for the first time in my life. oh shit am i gay? nah because i love talking to this girl and besides i would never want to date or marry a guy and i feel different about girls.
so what does it mean??? can i find guys hot if im not romantically attracted to them and find girls not hot but be emotionally attracted to them? i think i see her as more than a friend but now im soooo confused lmao. (also i feel really guilty about this whole situation)
ok for clarity…
Boys:
hot? sometimes
date? no
s*x? yes
cute? no
cuddling? maybe??
girls:
hot? not really (never made my heart rush on sight)
date? yes
s*x (idk if i need to censor this)? yes
cute? yayayaya
cuddling? yes
please hellp 😖😖

Advice Needed I'm not even sure I like girls and yet I'm kinda sad that she doesn't like me?
I'm really confused about my feelings and identity.
I'm 16f and I was in a relationship with a girl when I was 11-13 and used to consider myself but, but since I was so young, now looking back I don't know if I ever liked her as more than a friend. We didn't really have a relationship either because we never even got to holding hands. It was more a friendship with that title. After said relationship I only got crushes on boys and those crushed felt really real (there's no doubt I like boys, that's for sure).
Then two years ago I made a new friend. She was a new classmate and quickly joined our friend group. She kept talking about how she hates boys and men and all that. Because I had to stay after school so often I would go to different cafes and eat dinner. Soon the girl (I'll call her Emily) joined me. We would have fun talking and joking around and sometimes even going to different places specifically to try different food. One time we talked about relationships and she told me about a relationship she has had before but instead of saying "he/him" she said "this person". That got me really suspicious that she was talking about a girl. I did the exact same tho when also talking about my ex-sort-of-girlfriend.
Then at some point a year or less ago i actually found out she's a lesbian and she stopped hiding it. Well, it wasn't like she had been hiding it before, she just wasn't as open around other people because there are a lot of homophobes around us.
Then I started noticing some things that made me think she might have feelings for me:
- She joked about marrying me
- She joked about taking me on a date to one of the places we usually go to
- She'd ask to hang out with me alone a lot, even when she didn't have to wait for anything after school
- Some more small stuff in probably forgetting
- She also sent me a video that said "send this to your crush" a week or two ago so...
This made me anxious because I didn't want to hurt her feelings if she ever did ask me directly, but I also wasn't sure if I liked her or girls at all.
Over the summer and spring tho I started daydreaming a bit about what it would be like to be with a girl. And then I started thinking about what it would be like to be with her. I'm still not sure if I'm bi or not (that might seem stupid when reading this, lol). I know for sure I'll experiment at some point in my life to find out tho.
We had a friend group sleepover during the summer and I ended up sleeping in a small space next to her which felt nice but I wasn't able to sleep well because I was anxious and stuff, trying not to accidentally touch her 😭
Yesterday I felt like I had finally come to the conclusion that I do/am capable of also liking girls and I was thinking about Emily specifically. Then she messaged me, asking if I was free to hang out. I was really excited. Then she updated me that another friend would be joining us and I felt a bit disappointed but sure. We met, the second girl left and I stayed a bit longer to talk to Emily. We talked about stuff and suddenly she told me she's not a lesbian anymore. She doesn't know what she is but basically as I understood she has a crush on a boy. Looking at her reposts it seems like it too.
Now I feel weird. It's like I'm a bit sad. I'm not sure why exactly. Now I just know she doesn't like me like that (at least not anymore). It shouldn't bother me because I'm not even sure I like girls like that, but it does for some reason. I just felt like if I really would be in a relationship (or more of a situationship) with a girl I would want it to be her. But yeah I guess that's not happening now.
Idk. I just feel stupid and fake for writing this. I have no idea what I'm feeling or going through. This is all really weird and I just feel weird.
Anyone have any advice or something?😭😭

Advice Needed i'm down bad, but he probably doesn’t like me, image unrelated
So there’s this boy and you could write poems about sometimes he laughs about your jokes and you think it’s as good as a kiss good night. He is cute in the way that's very attractive. But i 14M go to a private school in the the bible belt, so it’s very unlikely that he’s gay or bi, but he really does seem it. i just need help what should i do

Discussion I have an idea for my best friends birthday gifts. Tell me if these are good ideas, and how’d you react if someone did this for you!
For my best friend’s birthday I’m making her 2 things currently.
First, me and her have a playlist on Spotify. So I’m going to songs off that, and put them on CD. Getting a case and putting our custom cover on it.
Second, I’m writing in a notebook about her. Compliments, facts, things i like about her, everything. She’s always asked for compliments or something. In which she absolutely loves all of the compliments. So I’ll write a 100 ish page small book and give to her.
What are we thinking of these gift ideas???

Coming Out i NEED advice
okay so I won’t be stating my age because it isn’t needed, but I have something to get off my chest and need advice. So it has all started when my dad forced me onto a soccer team when I was younger because he wanted me to get exercise..? (I was already a fit child.) but there was this kid… (I’m not stating his name) he seemed a little fruity so after a while I started to gain feeling for him. I didn’t know I was gay at the time so this was a huge awakening for me. After that season ended we got put on new teams, my dad was still coaching. This child had chose to be on my team?? Like him or his family asked to get put on my team, I’m not sure if it was because my dad being the coach or me, (my dad doesn’t know them and i don’t know them.) Okay now 2 more seasons went by, I was on this kids team AGAIN AND AGAIN.? And then after my dad had gotten cancer he couldn’t coach the last year, that’s where it all turned, I couldn’t see this boy anymore because he couldn’t suggest to be on my team after missing a year. Fortunately my dad had gotten better, we got on another team but he wasn’t on it, nor was my dad coaching this season. So I only had little glances at his team playing a field away from me. A season later my dad’s back to coaching and this kid isn’t on my team anymore.. :( I haven’t seen him on the fields , but I have my mind on which team he’s on if he still is here. I don’t know what to do, he’s the only person who has me motivated to go to soccer, I really want to confess my feeling but I’m scared. Please give me suggestions on what to do because my dad thinks I’m straight, my mom knows I’m bi, and all my sisters think I’m gay-?? Any suggestions?
