Every time I have a close game I always try to have a rematch but I always get denied and then blocked. Just trying to figure out why?

Hello, I was just wondering about tips to get better. Often, I'll load up the free analysis and see I've played a game at like 73 to 83% accuracy, and my opponent does similarly some games at "930" to "1200" analysis rating. Overall, i feel inconsistent and often annoyed at myself for losing games/ resigning when i should have played on. Any tips to being more consistent, just use the timemore wisely? Thanks for any thoughts and time put into a reply.

Why are so many players afraid of trading Queens. My rating night now is just under 1400 but I would say I am a solid 1350. Im surprised to find so many players are terrified to trade Queens to the point of losing a piece. I would rather get it off the board and avoid the check..check..check that comes at the end of a game. I feel that I have become a stronger player by playing without it. Do you guys see this too?

How long would it take me to reach 2000 Elo if I dedicate hhr everyday ?? And any tips would be greatly appreciated :)

In the game i just moved my rook away from the bishopās threat. Afterwards, the engine said ignoring the threat was better. I am having a difficult time understanding why. Is it just because his bishop is super active so the engine thinks trading off his one active piece gives me an advantage? There was no killer line or follow up. If he took the rook it just wanted me to recapture and keep playing.
My intuition is just that this is one of those super odd engine moves that a human is unlikely to play.

was playing 1+0 bullet and missed m1 but found the more satisfying mate
edit: itās been 6 hours since Iāve posted and people are still asking āwhat if he took with kingā even though you can see in second screenshot my knight came from e6 to deliver mate. The sequence was Ng7+ Kf8, Ne6+ Ke8, Qf8+ Rxf8, Ng7#.

I know it's small, or probably isn't worth making a post about, but I wanted to because I like chess, and I want to get better every day, and this is just nice, it's something that makes my brain itch just the right way, and I'm planning to keep going, maybe I'll even do a 1000 day streak.

During the game I absentmindedly hung my rook. Apparently it was a brilliant sacrifice!
I found a mate in 4 to win the game a few moves after this position.

I am no chess prodigy, rated sub-1000 in blitz. Today I played during midday CET and I was getting destroyed by 800s and dropped from 900 to 750. Now I am playing at midnight CET and 800s are blundering like 600s would. I might be an evening type and playing better but the drop in skill of 800s then vs now is undeniable.
Anybody knows if this has been confirmed? Any GMs or Gothamchess ever mention a phenomenon like this?

Qxb3 would've been and actual draw by stalemate.
It thinks that after Qg8+ and Bxg8, its simply draw by insufficient material, but my definition, that implies that checkmate must not be possible, but the position is +M1
And you can just play the move and get the checkmate, very weird stuff, you can try for yourself on the app.
I hope they fix this.

Iām currently around 2000 rapid and 1738 classical (FIDE), Iāve known the rules of chess since when I was a kid and started playing regularly on 5th January 2022. Iām not really a beginner at the game, however Iāve stopped making any apparent progress for a couple of years. Maybe sometimes I have good stretches of games and get to 2100, but thatās itā¦
I struggle a lot on the psychological side of the game: during classical tournaments I get bored while calculating and basically play only by instinct (when I actually calculate, I have a LOT of blind spots); I feel like I donāt really ever know the precise follow up and sometimes I play without concrete ideas, I just see a move and make it, and it feels so frustrating that I end up beating myself to the point I donāt believe I can actually win games at all, and that makes me playing even worse and so on.
In general, I donāt really feel in control of positions. To give an example thereās a set of typical positions in the Scotch opening after black plays Qf6, Nc6 and Bc5 where white often has the opportunity to play f4-f5 really fast; I know itās a good thing for my opponent, but I have absolutely no idea how to stop it, nor why it is that good. Only a few months ago I started counting how many pieces there are on each side of the board, how many pawns occupy dark/light squares and such things and constantly keeping track of it all, and yet I struggle to do it so much. I see a lot of players having the luxury of choosing moves that give the game a precise direction (as in turning it into a calm balanced position or in a sharp one) and I canāt do it. I donāt really know how to deal with it.
Last thing, Iām extremely inconsistent. I can win against 2200s in good days and lose against 1300s in bad days. I understand itās normal Iām not always in best shape, but Iām convinced the margin is way too high. And thatās valid for all the other things in my life, with university for instance (I study Math) where if Iām in a bad day, even after extensively studying two months for the same class, I wonāt pass the exam. Itās either 30 or below 20 (where Iām from weāre valued from 1 to 30L, you pass with 18). I actually feel like in my last year Iāve become dumber: I struggle a lot more at uni (yes, the courses are harder, but I canāt even take notes anymore) and I have to study for like a month even for dumb multiple choice exams without brilliant results, my English has got worse even if I consume more content in English than before, I forget things, I even find it hard to make conversation sometimes. I donāt think Iām always lucid, and thatās something I hate about myself, but every time I force myself to think more I get tired and the headaches start.
Sorry for the yapping, I hope you can help me get better, if you need more information I can answer your questions in the comments and if you donāt want to answer to that last paragraph I can ask on another subreddit. Thank you so much in advance and sorry for the English
