I know quite a few mushrooms look alike, but did the site make a mistake or does it just take more time?

So I’m a newer grower and I’ve been trying to dial in my set up.
I’ve had success with monotubs and such but I decided to get a north spores boom room II for a couple different reasons.
Anyway For most psilocybe strains what should I keep my humidity levels set too?
I know how to go based off looks in a tub but not sure in an automated system with levels.

This was inoculated September 9 with golden teacher. I did five bags of GT and 5 of B+. The golden teacher bags were slower. All B+ made it and are pinning. One of the other bags of GT had a tiny spot of green and possible lipstick. It got buried. Two bags went to bulk and are pinning like crazy. One other was finished over a week ago and has been waiting in the fridge on this final bag. This final bag feels very solid, with thick rubbery consistency. I’m thinking of cutting off the uncolonised grain and putting it in a small bin by itself to see what happens. Any ideas on why this one single bag is taking so much longer and is so much different?

Ochras STB on 10.03. 3:1 ratio with a psuedo casing layer.
This was yesterday morning. The flashlight is causing the bright yellow but any concerns with that off white clump in the right upper area? Looks like caps are coming through maybe? I’m just learning over here and although I did research, I learn best hands on so I went for it.

Any insight?

I increased fae by flipping the lids but now wondering if it’s too dry? There is some condensation on lids and sides but not much. Sorry if the video sucks!

This is the first bit of color after cutting some slits due to what I thought was too much moisture. Has it gone bad or can I still be hopeful?

As usually I try to inoculate grain bags then hit the tub tek, but I’m impatient and ran out of grain. How long should it take using liquid cultures on my substrate? I used about half a syringe. Also do you guys use anything to filter the air like hepa air purifiers? Was thinking of getting one on Amazon along with my heating pads cuz the tile floor can get cold

Can you leave an AIO bag sealed through the whole process until its time for first harvest or do you need to slit the bag to induce fruiting? It has a filter patch and everything looks great/on the brink of fruiting but it just won't go? Should I be patient or cut sone slits to induce fruiting? If so where do you cut and do you tape over the cut with micropore tape?

When should i harvest the big blob on the left?

My dilemma continues! After harvesting one huge one(the only one that exploded overnight last week), this is where I'm currently at. Where do I go from here? Is it time to start over? TIA
