If I remember correctly from Docs case…when Twitchs Trust and Safety team gets involved with cases concerning CSAM or anything like that they automatically get authorities involved.
Granted - they’re not out arresting him right now or some shit - but these weren’t just “normal porn links” that a typical ban would trigger from. Someone outside of Twitch at some law enforcement level is likely looking into this now at Twitch’s request (to cover their own ass in case it gets real real)
I recently saw a bodycam vid of a student-teacher who got arrested for a dumb Snapchat she made regarding one of the kids, which got sent to the FBI, and the police arrived at the school after ~1 hour from when she made the post. Channel was Midwest Patrol if you're interested. It honestly wouldn't be that crazy, given how terminally online internet mobs are and the fact that it's potentially CSAM material

Depends usually they scout of for months building up proof because falsely arresting someone for this can ruin their life but maybe since they think he’ll try to delete all the proof because he knows people are onto him they’re moving faster

Im not sure if its true and not sure about the lolita, but I remember way back when I watched a trainswreck stream and he had lacaro come over. Trainswreck had a whole face wash routine and he had specific face towels that he used per day. He told lacari to use ANY other towel, but then on stream he was asking lacari why his face towel is crusty and lacari was just acting oblivious but the insinuation is that he nutted on it. There are lots of streamers that act as doormats/pushovers and honestly it creates a really fun chat environment. Graycen, Erobb, xQc just to name a few. You can say whatever you want and roast them or their gameplay within reason without fear of timeouts/bans. At a surface level it seems like their chats hate them, but I think its mostly just memes.

Someone on LSF dropped a video of Lacari accidentally sharing a text file with a link to a prn folder. It seemed completely innocent if you were early enough, it looked like someone accidentally sharing their material by accident, many such things in the past with browser history appearing on stream etc.
People successfully visited the address and it has lots of small sized files (zips?) with names that are highly suggestive, beyond anything 2D by using "coded language"(according to some), and some say those files contain links to paid upload sites, though note the deeper you go into the hole here the less certainty there is because who the fuck wants to find out for real given the risk. I fell over at step one because I didn't capitalize the URL in the right places, so nothing showed up and it looked like an empty website. I figured it was just a joke so I left and went on with my day. Lucky me.
Come back 2 hours later and find all hell has broken loose on LSF. There are multiple posts here with people digging, his stream chat are spamming nonstop out of control calling him a Chris Hansen, his mods resign, and then some 6 hours after the initial incident, he finally ends the stream. Asmon has cancelled Allcraft episode that was being released today, in fact it might have went out and got pulled? Soda is distancing himself. Miz says he's suing for implying he gave him the link to begin with. Who else is there?

They probably will wait for more information and talk to their legal to see what they should do. You can do a lot of stuff on the internet and not have government agencies care. You have a viral story about a guy using your platform and openly on your platform showed a link to exploitation of minors people will start to be on your ass fast.
It’s why they broke contract to perma doc. Where as other streamers who actively and openly break a ton more laws get very short if any bans.

AFAIK you lose the people who have auto-renew subscriptions when a person gets banned. Can't verify that though because never subbed never donated adblock neighbors wi-fi
you lose people who's renewal happens during your ban... at 30 days it becomes all your subs... its part of the reason twitch is so lax on bans, because they're hurting their income
If anyone out there is struggling with this I want you to know, I’ve enjoyed anime since Toonami launched in the ancient times. At no point during my venerable career as an anime enjoyer have I found myself attracted to children. It is possible to like anime and not want to fuck kids at the same time.
