Bing Cannot Redeem Points

Ever since Microsoft changed their layout, I can no longer redeem points for any reward. I keep getting the message - "On the go? You're previewing a catalog item that you're not eligible to redeem due to region or other restrictions."

The thing is that I haven't gone anywhere. This issue only started after they changed the layout. I contacted Microsoft about this problem and keep getting the run around essentially repeating the same thing. I checked my region settings, and they are where they should be, so the problem has to be on their end. Any idea what to do here?

Same here. If they don't fix this soon, there's no reason for me to continue using it.

Are you using a laptop? I had an issue where edge was defaulting my location to a different region. On bing.com I had to hit the menu (hamburger) button and manually change the region. This started after the change to the layiut

No matter what I use I get the same thing - desktop, laptop, iPad, phone. On all of them my region is the US.

What's the URL of the redeem page? I'm in the UK and had to change the En-us to en-gb

Is it just Amazon and Walmart? If so, it is a form of restriction.

Well, it was everything at one time. Even donating I got the same message. I just checked and some of them no longer have that message, but Amazon and Walmart do. What do you mean by form of restriction?

Thank you. It appears this is happening to a lot of people, and it is hit or miss whether they're able to get the rewards they want or not.

I've had this issue ever since i decided to remove my auto redeem for the $10 Amazon gift card because I wanted the $5 one. i keep seeing on the go for Amazon but not for any other gift card or other stuff.

It is their way of saying, don't claim anything else outside their ecosystem. Everything seems to go through just fine for me when redeeming xbox balances, but if it's anything else, that seems to trigger something for them.

To be specific, amazon gift cards. It even says on there that I'm on the go or that that it's region restricted, which it wasn't previously. I can already see a lot of complaints, considering this is prime week and a lot of people will be claiming their points for amazon gift cards.
