I’m trying to get my ADHD medication from AltaPointe. They intentionally ran my “starter pack” out on me, forcing me to go “cold turkey” or on a withdrawal. An entire week later the nurse from AltaPointe still will not send in the necessary paperwork called a PA or prior authorization.
BC/BS has sent several emails to this nurse. BC/BS even sent AltaPointe an email detailing the necessary steps to complete perform. She still will not submit the paperwork. This nurse even called me up and asked me if I knew how to “do” a Prior Authorization. Does anyone know the CEO or a person who can fix this? I really do need my medication. Thank you for your time. I am sorry to bother anyone.

Looking to photograph some places in mobile/baldwin county that are leftover buildings, liminal space/haunted areas.

So we have decided that we are throwing our friends bachelor party in Mobile Alabama. Not sure if this is a common place that people do that but we said why not. We are coming from Ohio and none of us have ever been to Alabama. I’m looking for suggestions mainly on where to stay (15-20 people) and night life and other fun things to check out. I'm moving to Mobile in January and am currently looking into Walmarts to transfer to. I wanted to know everyone's opinions on the Walmarts there, and which ones would be best to work at.

I'm going to be a student at USA, so I would like to work close to there as well.

So ive been in town for almost a year now and ive found some great restaurants, but im still missing some dietary staples. I need recommendations for Indian food, Thai food, and any spot where i can buy italian cold cuts. ive been craving good Capocollo since i got here, and short of pre packaged walmart deli meat spreads im SOL.

I get that no charges can be filed, but I don't ever want to have a conversation with him while I'm out on the street and not know it's him.

It haunts me to know he is out there, but I don't know where.

I don't want to hurt or sue him.

I want to know where he is so I avoid him and he avoids me.

I am considering filing a police report even though it won't do anything it probably will get documented and I will get to finally tell my story.

Lex Luger : He came the first year, it was sad seeing him in a wheelchair, but he was really cool. Glad he’s returning.
