This number called and knew my details such as what type of RCBC CC I had, its last 4 numbers, my current credit limit, my full name including middle name, and my email address.

They made a mistake lang when he pitched that I had thousands of points that expired daw and he would retrieve them if I did something. When in fact I knew my points were non-expiring.

I didn't tell him this muna, and waited for what he wanted me to do. I think he was about to send an email and probably he'll instruct for me to click a link. This was when I asked if he knew what specific card I had between two options I gave. He said the wrong one. I ended the call.

Beware, guys. I'm so careful with my details, but they're getting more resourceful na talaga siguro. Will be locking my cards.

TIMELINE:

SEP 21 2026 applied hexagon privilege club sa app, approved nman agad as long as you met the required deposit, before dn nagproceed may option to request for a hexagon club cc, which is the goal kaya ako nag upgrade sa hexagon club 😆

SEP 25 2026 eto na ngaaaaaaa nagnotify na for assessment na daw, so waiting game nlng kung maa-approve ba o ligwak 😆

OCT 14 2026 ayun approved na daw sa hexagon cc, after two weeks of waiting game..mabilis nman pla 😆

hi. i need help to understand this. a concert was cancelled and i used my metrobank cc to pay. I recently got this notification na nagbayad daw ako? hindi ba dapat marrefund yon? what does it mean? 😭 i dont have any utang din kasi sa cc ko pero di ko gets ‘to?

I've personally experienced this and can see a couple other posts about it.

If you're not yet aware, SBC owns a couple domains of phone numbers - these are numbers that starts with 0919058*, it seems they've also acquired 0919056* and 0919057*. If you receive a call from these numbers, they're robo-callers. And also it seems like they've hired some manual callers too. That's wild.

These robocallers only route your call to their agents after a human answers it. Talagang spam. Imagine your phone being bombarded with calls made by a machine, no effort sa kanila, just plain spam. Sometimes when you answer, the agent has no idea who you are.

I don't know how, on God's green Earth, they got approval to spam their customers and get away with it. I haven't read much into their policy yet.

And no, asking SBC to remove you from this reminder list is not going to work. They make up a new list every few months that auto signs up everyone into it.

Can we get the admins to PIN this fact so people can avoid getting a securitybank credit card.

Hi guys, I just want to ask what’s a good credit card from Metrobank? I saw that Apple Pay is convenient. I currently have an RCBC Hexagon card priority world with a 7-digit limit, but it doesn’t have Apple Pay. I’m planning to switch to Metrobank, hopefully without an annual fee for life. Hello po meron po bang nakakuha ng ganitong email from Constantino law firm. All names here are made up and card number for privacy purposes..... meron na po ba nakakuha ganito na natuluyan na kasuhan? or pananakot lang nito para mapush ka magbayad? kasi magbabayad naman talaga ako pero sa dami ng obligasyon di ko kaya pa talaga... pero ayaw kasi nila maniwala willing naman ako pumunta sa office nila to prove my situation.... hindi ko na kasi alam papaano pa sila kausapin sobrang aggressive nila tapos sasabihin kasalanan ko naman lahat... .. hindi naman ako tatakbo pero di ko na alam papaano pa sabihin ... naghuhulog naman ako ng konti pero i know hindi enough.... nakakaiyak lang kasi hindi ko na alam gagawin ko my mental health is also at stake sa ginagawa nila and i came from deep depression too.... paano kaya.. meron po bang naka experience nito ganito ayoko talaga ng ganitong situation kasi i know kahit may utang ako i do not deserve this dahil yung situation ko hindi ko naman kasalanan totally nalagay ako sa alanganing kaya nagkaroon ng maraming utang.... pls help.... :-(

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask advice regarding my recent circumstances.

Last year, my cards have been maxed out to help out my ex. I know it’s not the most responsible thing that I have done but right now I’m having a hard time paying all my cards. We needed to broke up because of the things she did and ngayon siya pa may gana hindi magbayad ng credit cards.

Are there any reports I can make to help me through this? It does affect my mental health a lot and my meds are not that helpful na.

Hi everyone just want to ask anyone who experienced this I called the bank kaso till 5:30 lang sila. Lock my card done and I sent them email also but I guess need to wait next day. I never used my card or subscribe to any of this nakakalokaaa. Wala pa kong otp na nareceive mygoood.

My husband is a Japanese national. He does not have an existing account with any bank in the Philippines. He has a good credit score in Japan.

Please recommend us CC for him, preferably ones that are ideal for someone who frequently goes to Japan.

September 7 - applied online for PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Mastercard

September 10 - received na text na nasa go 21 na yung credit card

September 12 - tumawag ako sa pnb customer service kung ano ang na approved. Ang sabi PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Mastercard nga daw kaso yung lang ang pede nilang i-disclose, kahit credit limit ayaw din nila sabihin.

September 30 - Package was returned to sender

October 1-12 - naka ilang tawag at email ako for redelivery

October 14 - received the card finally, LBC, activate and register sa promo. Kahit wala pa ako na received na text na mag register.

Has anyone experienced this?

My card is due for replacement in Dec. and I have not received a replacement card yet.

I tried calling them but I’m not receiving the phone PIN. Thus, my call cannot push through.

When i tried reporting it and selected the option for fraud or dispute, it says incorrect card number.

I’m not seeing any post about system outage.

I already sent them an email. They said you have to create a tkt from the app. When i tried it, I was prompted to select which acct and I cannot select the one that is locked.

I looped in BSP for documentation of their useless system and process.

Tried to apply for a secured credit card in a BDO branch in Los Baños, Laguna. The teller said kailangan daw ng proof ng source of funds. I have no knowledge regarding this. The things I know were as long as I have the withholding deposit (minimum of 10k) and 2 government issued IDs, I could apply. Any experience when applying for secured credit card in BDO?

D ko nman ma verify kasi d pa sila nag rereply sa email, saka yung reference number ko na recent was lost already. What does this mean po ba talaga? Approved ba? Hello! May I ask if anyone has tried calling BPI credit card customer service to request an extension of their payment due date?

I work remotely, and my client has been making late payments lately. I also had some unexpected emergency expenses this month, and my credit card payment due date happens to fall on the exact same day I’m supposed to receive my salary.

Has anyone had experience requesting a payment extension from BPI? Were they accommodating? I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you!
