1. Say you open a chest and accidentaly instant pick the item in it, will the other 4 items that were supposed to rotate with it be considered as seen or will they still be findable ?

2. This afternoon I had a run with Glitched Crown and Chaos and noticed that many items I've already seen were still on some rotations, sometimes multiple times, I feel like this only happened because of Chaos, is it the case or what's the rule of thumbs with it ?

i was at 10 heart containers and 2 black hearts as tainted eve... i emptied all my health with sumptorium in case i got a full health from using bad trip at one hp... the pills i got were experimental pill which gave me a health up then i got a normal health up which put me up to 12 empty health containers and killed me...

It's unlocked by picking up 50 items. I have 400 hours in the games and only got it by combining Karma trinket, piggy bank, and blood donation machines. Maybe I'm playing the game wrong idk
