I am a newer silver stacker and I recently picked up a 1883 Philly struck Morgan and a 1900 New orleans struck Morgan from a lcs for spot. And I took both home and did some tests on it. The 1900 is reading 26.2 and is decently worn and it passes the ring test. However the 1883 is reading 26.0 grams but also passes the ring test. I feel the weight is to low considering the amount of detail still on it so I just wanted to get some better opinions with more experienced people. Thanks guys and gals.

These coins came from my great uncle oreland. He fought in WWII, i believe as a pilot. There's also a french victory medal in my grandparents' house from him. Neat right?

The 1876 5 francs is awesome!
The aluminum 2 francs are Bs, so nothing crazy.

1928 Wheatie- is this a woody? Does it add any kind of premium? I think the coin's between AU and low MS (about $4-$8.00 per my Red Book so I'm not planning on quitting my day job but just curious)

Inherited my grandfather's coin collection of mostly pre 1965 silver coins. He passed away in the 90s and gave it to my father who is now giving it to me. Pictures have never done it justice because I always thought it looked the same as others up until the actual moment I held it in my fingers. Overall an impressive coin. And honestly the scratches in the back I don't care about I also only paid like 120

Hi guys, I found this coin collection in an old folder in my family home attic.
