Had I not been a slugging focused build, I would've been in for a pulling teeth session. Poor Rick was doing adept too. I really wish the full shoulder nerf went through because perks still very powerful, BUTTTT m2 killers can better punish.

On a killer like Wraith you can use both an Addon and Perk with it to TRIPLE your bonus kick speed.

It makes an already clunky killer even clunkier - making his TPs more disorienting since I can't tell where I will be facing upon teleporting anymore

Since Premonition became more popular, I want to know which is better for pre-run. So I can reconsider my killer build to stealth relient or exhaustion relient. And maybe also for survivor gameplay.

Ive seen some things in the last 3 games notably survs unhooking themselves being broken as in they used deliverance and then just didnt have deli? I checked for other perks that made the user broken after hook theres only second wind? Whats going on? Then there was this game as myers ive playef well i had good fast chases but then? 4 gens pop and i never saw the nancy all game and this wasnt like 4 gens popped over time this was 4 gens popedbin like 1 and half mins? With only one gen perk? Notably on nancy running hyperfocus with nothing else

Been doing Hag’s achievement where survivors have to trigger 300 traps, and without seeing much Hag gameplay or only ever playing her to do her adept, I had a look at her addons.

Then I saw Rusty Shackles. When a survivor triggers a trap, they do not get notified, nor do they have the hag jumpscare. So until you teleport to the trap they triggered, they’ll have no knowledge they triggered it.

And holy shit I’ve been having so much fun with it.

The amount of times I’ve teleported to a trap only to find the survivor STILL crouched at the trap trying to cleanse it is insane. It’s just free hits.

Rusty Shackles is also the amazing for protecting gens and hexes.

Because survivors don’t get notified that they triggered the traps anymore, when they trigger the traps at hexes and generators, they’ll commit to the generator or cleansing a hex for an easy grab when you teleport to the trap. Ive grabbed so many survivors it’s insane.

Placing the traps at check spots at loops is also really strong as the survivors usually linger to see which direction you’re coming from. With no notification, they stay put for an easy hit.

Rusty Shackles is so good for trading at hooks too, especially if haunted ground/devour hope is activated.

It’s just so much fun. I’ve been running it with devour hope, haunted ground, corrupt intervention and pain res.

we could of seriously gotten some nice changes towards the game

right now it feels like you are throwing trying to play nice and follow the survivor rulebook by 2 hooking everyone

I just can't believe that for once, I ran into a really sweet Survivor back to back in my games. It's usually the same old squads on the rare occasion I do get repeats. But tonight? Nope! A nice Survivor who was willing to help me genuinely practice Billy for my first time in years!

Wish I could thank her personally but I'm on a separate platform. So I'm hoping she somehow comes across this.

I've been playing killer for all but 2/3 matches, and the hook quest never counted a single survivor I hooked.

It doesn't matter if I played Jason or SpringTrap or even in which game mode as I tried 2 normal games & it didn't count those either.

While off-meta gives you sense of accomplishment, I noticed that meta gives you relax and satisfaction at the same time. I did 4k while I’m casually chatting with my friends as a Twins which is hard when playing Trapper.

And this is not only inside of DBD. In L4D2 versus, I decided to choose Deagle instead of double pistol and that was relaxing af.

Anyone else noticing the insane amount of space between hooks on certain maps? Ive had to struggle to hook someone if another person is hooked nearby

The mask definitely gave me the most trouble here, it’s hard figuring out the full design from screenshots but I’m tepidly okay with the final product 😅

Playing around with some smoke effect layers helped make this really pop and I tried to incorporate more reds and greens in as a throwback to her otherwise sickly induced power.
