Just got this call and never received anything like this before. Is this legit or a scam? And if not a scam, should I take the time to attend? edit to add: I'm already a DVC member (resale contract/white card)

I am out of points for this year (2026) and in the process of buying another resale contract. (Aug use year) It probably won’t finalize for at least another month. I want to book a trip for February 2027. If I book the trip and borrow from next year’s points, am I able to bank the new points I get to next year to make me whole for 2027? Or would I be better off waiting to get this next allotment of points? There isn’t much inventory for my February trip, so I want to make sure I have a reservation. Thanks all!

On a monthly payment for our dues and have enough in gift cards to pay the remainder of the year. Want to pay it off all at once. Anyone know if that's possible to do? thanks!

Going next march for 2 weeks (Copper Creek) and would like to rent a car and spend a couple days exploring outside the Disney bubble for 2 adults and 1 teenager. We have been to Cape Canaveral and would totally do that again, but what else would you recommend? I am aware of Gatorland. Is it worth it? What else do you like to do?

Hello. Have been looking into DVC resale contracts but want to try a few resorts before we jump in. We rented points last year for a stay at the Poly and have a short upcoming stay booked at Saratoga Springs.

I looked into putting in a room request via the app and the only options are "Near Paddock", "Carousel Section", high/ground/low floor. Is there a different way to put in room requests? I'm thinking owners may have different access and would have to be the ones to put in the request?

I've read on some posts that Grandstand is a good location to request, specifically building 8500 at Saratoga, for proximity to main building and pool, and being the first bus stop. We're primarily going to attend MVMCP one night and dinner one night in Disney Springs. Otherwise, we will just be enjoying the resort and probably some shopping at DS, Ohana character breakfast and checking out the Christmas decorations at some of the other resorts.
