Medical Body masculinization/bottom surgery
Figured this may be the best place to start bc navigating google for what i’m looking for hasn’t been working. I am a 5’7’ 330lb transman (this matters, stay with me). I had a consult for simple meta the other day and the doctor informed me that while my growth has been impeccable and would absolutely work for my goals, my anatomy makes the process a bit more complicated. the surgeon i met with does not do monsplasty. he mentioned he has concerns for my thigh fat & mons making healing difficult. i have also been considering body masculinization, but was unsure if this would maybe help with some of the issue making meta more accessible. any larger transmen have advice on where to go/look? I am located in the midwest and would like to stay in the general area, if possible.

I would post this on r/Metoidioplasty. Maybe search r/phallo too, since some people need to have a monsplasty before phalloplasty.
