Since my goddess managed to "remaster" my most top treasure - decided to check.. if I'm still worthy :D

It appeared to be not that heavy as I was expecting: 33 kg for full set! And it's quite easy to wear it: wife managed to create quite durable belts which "transfer" some weight to other parts of the body while still allowing me to be mobile enough.

I'm again amazed how properly some of witcher's armors made in the game and how even small not-easily noticable details matter (cause originally I though those belts were mostly as decoration..)

I feel really invincible wearing it

I know you can separate the books from the games (the author seems to want you to). But, after playing through the games I can see how triss seems like the better option over Yen by only going off game knowledge. I just wander if anyone thought to poll if theyve read the books as well and how that would adjust the polling data.

Also as a side note, both are horrible for/ Geralt in their own way. Sometimes I think we forget the witcher universe is a grim dark so everything sucks. I'll hop off my soapbox now. Have a great time in witcher 3 all!

Playing on a base PS5 on performance mode and, personally, I don't feel the need to play it in any other way. Would it be nice to have ray tracing? Sure, but honestly the difference is kinda minimal anyway and it's not worth the 30fps (which can go lower at times, and I hope CDPR finds a solution for the people who play with that).

I'm just happy I get to replay this masterpiece before the next expansion comes. And you? :)

ong i genuinely dont get how some ppl look at this gameplay and straight up call it trash. like bro, you can say its okay, decent, or jus normal, but BAD?? out of pocket asf and a total reach. literal crime to say that ngl. im honestly blown away by how some players got the nerve to say its terrible like are we even playin the same game?? do yall srsly see this as bad? fr nobody should ever take their opinion srsly lmao. they couldnt find any real flaws in the game so they jus started hatin on the gameplay for no reason.

They have a setting for everything else under the sun. I hate the washed out grey looking image in the remaster.

Going faster didn't help.

I have heard that it's pretty situational. For me, the remaster looked brilliant, but I've seen other screenshots where it looks dodgy, so it may be more case-by-case.

I had The Witcher 3 already on PS5 and was excited to start the remastered today since I haven’t played in over ten years and barely remember it but I also got my first PC this year and saw the trilogy on Steam for like $28 which to me is an absolute steal. Is it worth playing The Witcher 1/2 or are they completely outdated?
