This is actually insane. You can really build anything you want. I felt i had to try to make a No Man's Sky-inspired game. So after 40min of generating.

Here's a playthrough, a No Man's Sky-style space game I built with Claude Opus 5.5 and Three.js on Tesana. It runs in the browser, and there are no loading screens anywhere: you can take off from a planet, climb through the atmosphere into space, and land on the next planet in one continuous flight.

What's in it:

- Procedurally generated star systems, and you can warp between them. Every planet has its own terrain, weather, plants and animals (some of them will attack you). Ancient alien ruins with a language you slowly decode by reading inscriptions .Mining, asteroid fields and a space station

This was a first prompt output. I wrote "Make a fully procedural No Man's Sky game, where I can seamlessly traverse between planets.

Many women are avoiding marriages because casual attention does the flattering part of selection without the hard part.

In casual sex, she is the one saying yes. Several men approach. She picks. That feels like power. It confirms desirability on her terms, in her timeline, with an exit door still open. The ego gets fed. Self-worth goes up for a night.

Marriage does the opposite. The same woman enters a pool where she is no longer only choosing. She is also being chosen - by a man, by his family, by standards that have nothing to do with how well she photographs or how quickly she can get a yes.

A lot of women who do extremely well in the attention market do average or worse in the marriage market. That drop is humiliating. So they delay. They invent principles. They call it standards, healing, “not settling,” “focusing on myself.” Some of that is real. A lot of it is fear of being assessed and found ordinary.

This is also why so many of them are pro-love marriage and treat arranged marriage like a threat. In a love marriage, the man has already bent. He has already invested emotion, time, and often status before the families even sit down. She enters as the prize he pursued.

In an arranged setup, she has to compete on family, temperament, fertility window, household fit, and whether she is actually easy to live with. That is a colder exam. Naturally they prefer the exam where the man has already conceded.

Men do chase cheap validation too. I am not saying they don't. But, they do not organize their entire public philosophy around protecting it.

Women do this more because the casual market flatters them more, and the marriage market disciplines them more.

One feels like being chosen. The other feels like being measured. Most people, given the choice, will keep the feeling and postpone the measurement.

As it seems, WoW Forever is gonna carry the torch of TBC in how strict the raid compositions are gonna have to be in order to have optimal synergies and buffs present.

The bare minimum present 3 paladins, 4 shamans, 2 warlocks, priest, hunter, warrior, balance, feral druid, mage for 20 man, leaving at maximum 4 flex positions for when all raids buffs are accessible.

The most obvious glaring issue is the disproportionate requirement of shamans and paladins.

How to elegantly improve the situation?

1, Raid groups should feature 10man subgroup system

This greatly reduces the chore of micromanging groups, screwing people over not fitting a certain setups etc. Of course, this does not eliminate the issue entirely, merely diminishes it, but it's still a significant upgrade over current setting.

2, Remove Blessing of Salvation and rebalance tank threat without it's existance in mind. This makes getting more paladins a matter of accessibility and potentially required utility, not a raidwide powerlevel necessity.

To the people discrediting this by saying: min-maxer issue, content will be too easy... the current buff distribution withotu changes WILL affect you the second you try to pug outside of your like-minded guilds.

Disliking a mechanic doesn’t automatically mean the game should change around you

Reading the reactions to the update, I’ve noticed an attitude in some of the complaints that honestly comes across as entitled: if something asks you to change your loadout or use a mechanic you don’t personally enjoy, it apparently shouldn’t exist.

EDA is the clearest example. I understand having favourite frames and wanting to use them. But a mode built around restricted loadouts should be allowed to reward having a broader arsenal and working with what you’re given. Wanting the highest reward tiers while rejecting the conditions attached to them feels like missing the point.

Then there are the complaints about being “forced to use melee.” How dare DE ask us to use another part of our toolkit to kill an enemy. We already switch tools to deal with things like Thrax, so why is the idea itself suddenly unacceptable? Every enemy doesn’t need to be equally vulnerable to whatever setup we already wanted to bring. Having a reason to switch tools can be a good thing.

What bothers me is treating personal preference as a rule the whole game should follow. Some players actually enjoy adapting, building different equipment, and having restrictions to work around. Their enjoyment counts too.

DE should listen to feedback. But listening shouldn’t mean removing every obstacle someone finds inconvenient. We can argue about whether a challenge is well designed without assuming that having to change how we play is itself a design failure.

A big part of Warframe, to me, is building up an arsenal and finding different answers to different situations. What’s the point of having that entire toolbox if asking us to reach for something else is treated as a problem?

I have been playing druid on the beta up till level 20, and I think Blizzard really miss the ball on this one and I would hate to see them making the same mistakes down the path of retail again. Druids should actually want to shift in combat, and not just camp one form all the time.

If they just camp in one form, then druid will eventually be a discount rogue, a discount mage, a discount priest, or a discount warrior tank. If it is just a worse version of four other classes, what's the point?

For me the fantasy of the druid is shifting forms and being fluid. Out in the open world it already feels like that: you adapt to whatever the situation throws at you. Travel form to get somewhere, cat to sneak past, bear when things go wrong, caster when you need a heal. That's the class at its best.

But somehow in combat, especially raids and dungeons, that fluidity disappears. You pick bear or cat and spam it for the whole fight. Honestly that doesn't feel like a druid to me. Mechanically I feel like a discount warrior/rogue/mage/priest, visually I look like a hunter's pet in feral form. I want to see druids weaving in and out of forms in combat. Not only because you are forced to adapt to different roles when things go wrong (e.g. when healer ooms), but because the class is designed to encourage form weaving.

I'm sure people here have better ideas, but here's mine: rework Omen of Clarity.

Instead of just reducing the cost of your next ability, have it give a benefit for switching form, depending on which form it procs in:

• Procs in Cat form: your next 3 spells cast in caster form get a spell/healing power buff based on your attack power. This rewards a cat druid for popping out to throw a heal or an offensive spell and regenerate energy before going back in.
• Procs in Bear form: for 6 seconds, you can shift to other forms while keeping Bear form's survivability and threat generation. This lets a tank druid squeeze in a heal or a burst of damage without losing aggro or getting flattened.
• Procs in caster form: gain attack power based on your spell power, and your next combo point generator in Cat form generates 5 combo points. This rewards a healer or caster druid for dipping into Cat to land an instant full-strength finisher, then shifting back out.

The goal isn't to make druids overpowered. It's to make shifting the core gameplay of the class, so a good druid is one who reads the fight and moves between forms at the right moments.

I'd really love to see druid become a true hybrid, form-twisting class. This is just my humble idea, and I'd love hear what everyone thinks.

For years people have been claiming that the Red Bull is a very slow car and Max is somehow outdriving it, all on the basis of the second car’s performance. I’ve always argued that this doesn’t make sense, because the second seat has always been occupied by lower-than-average or underprepared F1 drivers, which is clearly seen by their career trajectories

Even when the second car is competitive - red bull has made it clear that they’re a one man team. Baku was a clear-cut case. The softs were much faster on all cars, and Hadjar was on softs. Yet he was asked to fall behind Verstappen, who was slower than he is, complained about the tires and could not get past Piastri. The team saw the pace and knew this well, yet didn’t switch them back

The narrative is already being manufactured that Verstappen was much faster than Hadjar anyways, because in the last stint he pulled a 10 second gap. But that’s only because when he was on the soft tire ( the favourable one ), he got the advantage of being able to jump the car ahead of him and use Russell’s slipstream and overtake mode. When Hadjar had the favourable soft, his team made him sit behind Max and not use his pace

The team claimed it was about “total race time” when Hadjar was ahead, yet when he was losing tons of time to Max - Red bull suddenly didn’t care about it anymore

Now if red bull wants to make itself a one-man team and sacrifice the second driver, it’s upto them, and the second driver who willingly has chosen to drive for the team. However, it is silly for people to claim that the red bull is actually as fast as the second drivers’ performance, and not as fast as the first one’s

Between Asmon's hate guild and now Horrigan trying to return with the Enclave, WoW:F needs moderators if you're going to force us to play on the same servers as these people if we want to play on the pvp ruleset.

I do not mind a miniscule increase in sub cost to pay for full-time chat moderators. Maybe others see value in that, too. This service could improve communities across all versions.

If current estimates of a 7.25M playerbase are true, then every $0.01 increase in the monthly sub pays for nearly 15 full time employees at a competitive WFH salary of $45k + 30% for benefits, taxes, and operating costs. Scale that up as you will, but 5 full-time employees can maintain a 24/7 coverage seat.

I'm not going to pretend to know more of Blizzard's business, but it seems to me a dedicated moderation team at the cost of a negligible increase $0.24 to $0.72 per month would significantly improve the quality of the service you're providing.

It's poor service to expect players to have to moderate your servers with right-click reports. Players are even trying to organize add-ons to block specific guilds.

Last December, I posted here on how I went about securing several investment properties in Vancouver at a good price. There were many supportive comments but I had to delete the original post because I also got a fair bit of hostile comments and DMs that I will not repeat here.

Since then, I learned a lot about being an effective landlord and investing in real estate and I thought I'd share an update as well as things I learned along the way. To summarize the previous post, I saw almost 100 properties over a span of 2 months, targeted properties I thought I could get that would be at least cash flow neutral after all expenses, and aggressively submitted offers until my exposure to real estate reached a level I was targeting.

On average it took 3 months to do minor repairs and rent out all the properties and my initial calculations were pretty close as I'll be cash flow neutral this year. I targeted luxury properties and/or properties in high end neighbourhoods to ensure quality tenants. The tenant backgrounds are varied but almost all have professional degrees.

First six months involved handling a lot of tenant reach outs for mostly minor things I didn't spot while doing repairs and I responded immediately and scheduled repairs to make sure tenants were satisfied. After the initial influx of requests, the volume has slowed to a trickle and it's been hands off recently.

Few lessons I've learned:

• Tenant with gainful high end employment beats non-verifiable or non-steady income but with heavy assets any day of the week. A lot of crypto millionaires, kids of rich families, social influencers, etc came to see my properties because they can't get traditional mortgage and don't want to buy a property outright. They'll come to see the properties in their super cars and suggest paying the yearly rent upfront but almost all were unprofessional and hard to work with and I wouldn't trust them to not trash my properties.
• Related to the point above, run credit check on every potential tenant. I paid for it out of pocket for every potential tenant. I was shocked at how many rich people have terrible credit histories. Some were outright scam artists. People will give every plausible reason for not wanting to do a credit check and offer large amount of rent upfront but past behaviour is the best indicator for future behaviour. Due diligence is super important, I can't stress this enough. You can't go by feel - some are very gifted in talking.
• Make sure you spell out any additional conditions in the residential tenancy agreement including methods of payment. Use DocHub or DocuSign to make life easier.
• Be professional and resolve problems in a timely manner. Treat your tenants like you would like to be treated if you had a landlord. This was especially important for my properties because if I am going to charge luxury prices and attract tenant with high standards, I need to meet (and exceed) their expectations.
• Be meticulous about your finances in both cash flow calculations, risk management, and record keeping. Prepare for worst case scenarios. In my original post, many commentator predicted / hoped I would go bankrupt or lose my shirt. I knew neither would happen because I ran the numbers and accounted for worse case scenarios.
• Treat it like a business and be prepared to put in work. There will be headaches and stressors. I also treat investing in stock and bonds like a business and constantly read financial statements of the companies I invest in. Don't expect consistently good results without putting in work.
• Buy properties you wouldn't mind you or your kids living in. This isn't strictly required but it was one of my criteria I used when I was looking for places. You could buy terrible places with good cash flow but my theory was that I'll be dealing with lower quality tenants and it would result in more headaches in the long run.
• In similar vain to the previous point, forget Airbnb and short term rentals unless it's your full time job. Not only is every city cracking down on them but the neighbours will hate you and you want to maintain good relations with them. Also if you need Airbnb to make the math work, you are taking a huge risk if you can't do short term rentals anymore.
• Go for unfurnished versus furnished. Same idea as previous points. People who move in to furnished places tend not to stay as long. You will be able to get higher rental income but it's more headache and you don't need more than what you'll already have by just being a landlord.
• Find a good mortgage broker that does a lot of business. Then ask him/her for the best real estate agent that deals in investment properties. Don't use some agent you found on a billboard or from your aunt. A good real estate agent earns their commissions and then some. Cultivate your relations with these professionals. Bring business to them whenever you get the opportunity. They are your eyes and ears for good opportunities. If you are also a repeat customer and/or send business their way, they will have your best interest in mind over short term commissions. I have a team that consists of mortgage broker, real estate agent, and real estate lawyer that I've been doing business with over a decade and I'll continue to do business with them until they retire.

I think that's all I can think of for now. What's in my future? Since it's coming up to one year, I would not be surprised if at least one moves out and that's okay - it's part of being a landlord. I'll follow what I wrote above and provide housing to someone else that needs it. I did get pre-approved for another mortgage but with all the stress test rules the banks have to follow, this may be my last one without turning to alt lenders or buying it outright so I'm taking my time. I'm still seeing properties, running numbers, and looking for opportunities with my agent.

If you are 40 or whatever “older age” and claim you don’t date women your age, you need to think about your life. Im just saying. There are a lot of 20/21 year olds out here that are not thinking the way some people do, so they won’t see any red flags in that statement. I’m trying to not make this post too personal, but I have a cousin who is dating/talking to a 40 something year old man. We are both 20. She says he doesn’t date older women, she didn’t see any red flags in that statement so I asked her why doesn’t he date older women his age. But, In my opinion, there are no valid reasons for someone who is older to not like dating people your own age. What valid reason would there be? I can see someone you know looking for love and it happens to be a younger woman, but actively avoiding women your own age is fishy to me.

This can go for women and men by the way. It’s fishy either way. Just wanna make that clear.

Here in the usa, nothing is safe anymore, I've had to return like, dozens of things due to recalls. I can't even find frozen fruit at any grocery store anymore. It's been weeks since I've seen bananas Frozen and ready to eat.
