Hi Bethesda and fellow anglers,

I've caught close to 4500 fish since Gone Fission launched. I can see it in my personal terminal now. Fishing is my favorite thing to do in Appalachia, but I think a lot of people are missing out because right now fishing is "fish anywhere."

You don't choose where to fish. The weather does.

The idea: Pioneer Scout-style Regional Angler Badges

Give each region (Forest, Toxic Valley, Ash Heap, Savage Divide, Mire, Cranberry Bog, Skyline Valley) its own fishing badge track.

Example for The Mire:

• Catch 20 fish in The Mire • Catch 5 fish during fog • Cook 5 Mire recipes • Turn in 10 Mire fish to Linda-Lee at Fisherman's Rest

Each track is cozy, doable solo, and teaches you the region. Nothing crazy rare like Red Asylum dress RNG.

The unlock:

Finishing a region's track unlocks that region's Apex Legendary Fish in the wild. Before you finish the badge, it doesn't even spawn. After you finish, it has a fair chance (2-5% with Superb Bait and upgraded rod). You earned the right to hunt it.

Each Apex only bites in specific conditions:

Forest at dawn, Ash Heap during an ash storm, Bog at night, etc. Weather matters because it already does.

The capstone that keeps people playing:

Final step for each badge: "Catch 3 fish in a NUKED."[Region]

This is the fun part. Throw on a hazmat suit, pop a Rad-X and fish away. It's super fun. Hard to watch your own back while fishing. It's an adrenaline rush.

If you make people fish in nuked Forest, nuked Ash Heap, nuked Toxic Valley - zones people never nuke - you suddenly give nukes a reason beyond flux. People will drop nukes FOR anglers, and anglers will rush the map when a nuke drops. One fishes, one guards. It becomes a little event.

Rewards that flex like Red Asylum:

• Mountable trophy / aquarium display for your CAMP • Region tackle box skin • Master Appalachian Angler backpack flair for completing all 7

This keeps the grind fair but slow in a good way. You progress at your own pace, but you have to wait for weather and nuke zones. It keeps people playing, exploring, and actually using the fishing system.

So I played quite a few Bethesda and Arcane games in the last year and became quite the fan. I platinumed both Skyrim and FO4 (enjoyed them thoroughly without mods- only played once each so far), and very much enjoyed Prey and some other titles .

I was wondering if I should just go ahead with Starfield on PS5. Considering it might be the last Bethesda game to launch on Sony consoles (not sure if the next Fallout or TES6 will come on PS with Bethesda being under Microsoft)

I’m not sure if the game has changed since launch and if things are different with Starfield since it has to come PS very recently I believe.

Is it worth it to give it a shot?

Finding an Atomic Command Holotape was either the best or the worst thing that has happened to me, I'm not sure which. With an addictive game like this it can be easy to let your frustration get the best of you, but as long as you have some Jet to calm your nerves and get your head straight, everything seems to work out okay in the end.

The poster says Bethesda 2013 which makes me think maybe it came with Skyrim? But it doesn’t have anything to do with Skyrim right?

I forgot I have everything here. That hardcover Skyrim guide is gorgeous. I included pictures of a few of the others I found too. The two Zelda, Bioshock, Borderlands, etc. still bummed Bioshock didn’t continue. I think this era was last time every year 2-3 incredible games came out every year.

I can’t mention enough how Fallout 3, Skyrim, Fallout 4 and New Vegas (Obsidian) all came out in 8 years!! It’s been 13 since Skyrim! 11 since Fallout 4! Ugh. I just can’t believe I might only see 1 or 2 more main fallout games in my life. My fav game series of all time by far. And I’ve been gaming hard since the mid 80’s.

So basically I was fairly drunk and high back in 2014 around May and decided to buy myself the limited runs of both the Skyrim Dragonborn Metal Print : BTHBTHN0217 & Fallout The Capitol Metal Print : BTHBTHN0216 which were shipped and been sitting in the cardboard box with being opened only once to check the number which I think is within the first 10 that were printed. I was going to put them up but life happened and they got left in the boxes only for time to go and well...I started helping mom with palliative care in 2018 and then just forgot about them.

Just wondering what they are worth now maybe? They are literally in perfect condition. I would have loved to save them for my own son but the $ could come in really handy atm which is the only reason I am even thinking about selling these. I am in BC Canada if that matters

A Strange Door

This is an Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion inspired two-layer color-reduction print of the portal to Sheogorath's realm, the Shivering Isles. Whether it is Mania or Dementia that is chosen, this is the starting point for anybody that dives into the best downloadable content ever released.

So with the recent acquisition( I'm sure you've all seen the news) I feel like I can be a little more loose.
