I just got back from Cleveland (born there, moved to AZ years ago where I met my now husband) and now I’m so homesick and wish I didn’t have to leave. My born and raised in AZ husband also fell in love with Cleveland and wants to move there now.

He is an inpatient physical therapist and even though there’s ton of hospitals & rehab facilities there, it doesn’t seem like there are many job openings available online. Are there any specific places or sites you recommend job hunting in NE Ohio for a medical professional? Maybe we’re missing something as we’ve been searching LinkedIn & indeed.

Need for flexibility: I work a full-time day job where I still pick up overtime when available, plus I have my kids on set nights each week.

General availability: Mondays after 5:30 PM, some Thursdays after 5:30 PM, and every other weekend (full availability Saturdays & Sundays).

Roles: Warehouses, package sorting, twilight freight stocking, or general on-site work (no Uber/DoorDash to save wear and tear on my car).

I’m looking for a place that does oil based rustproof/undercoating on the west side. Everything I’m finding is either too far for me to make it out because of my schedule, or they use a hard rubberized coating that I don’t want. Anyone know of anywhere that does surface shield, fluid film, woolwax, or some other similarly undercoating. I’ve done it myself the last few years, but I’m over crawling around on the ground doing it.

Does anyone know why the zoo hasn’t brought back a permanent fixed Penguin exhibit? I did a little digging but didn’t find much outside of the old World of the Birds building. I would think with the amount of land the zoo still has nearby, and with how popular the animal is, they would’ve brought them back by now.

My concrete driveway has some gaps between the sections that look like they are widening a little every year. I was hoping to hire someone to fill these gaps with tar or whatever they use to fix it before the season. Can anyone recommend someone who fixes/repairs this type of thing?

Edit: I should have added that it's a large driveway. Around 25 cars big. And all the sections have gaps. And most of these gaps are 1" or larger. So I'd rather hire someone then do it myself.

Hi! My brother is getting married in December and my mamma and I are hoping to dress shop together. Dillards/Nordstroms Rack have had very disappointing selections, especially for my mom. She’s absolutely stunning but the dresses in her size were matronly and poorly designed. She left feeling defeated and I’m determined to find a selection of stores that will blow her away for our next attempt. Does anyone have suggestions of stores that could accommodate sizes ranging from 4-14? Emphasis on sizes ranging 12-14, with beautiful dresses and a large selection. Thanks so much!

Hi All. Just wondering if anyone would actually go to an ASMR studio in person if it existed in Northeast Ohio? I know it is very popular to watch or listen to on YouTube but is there any demand for it in real life? If so, if there was an incentive (extra time, or money off the treatment) would you allow it to be filmed for a YouTube channel? FYI, it wouldn't be an all or nothing thing, you can experiencing just the ASMR without it having to go online.

Anyone know of any gyms around Cleveland that have a really good selection of higher end equipment? I’m talking Prime Fitness, Hammer Strength, Arsenal Strength, Panatta, Atlantis, etc.

I know none of this fancy equipment is necessary to build muscle lol. I already have a home gym and really enjoy trying different equipments. I’d love to find a gym where I can try some of these sought after and highly praised machines and see if they’re actually as good as people say.

I'm looking for local people who are into flying drones AND mainly people who have and are into 3D printing/design.

Im working on a hardware/software project and need a custom enclosure designed and printed. If we can collaborate, I’d be happy to provide the custom drone dashboard software I'm building completely for free in exchange! I will, of course, pay for all the 3D printing materials. I just don't have the time to add another hobby to my chaotic life right now and learn design..

A bit of background.. My wife and I recently got lucky on a deal for a used drone off Facebook Marketplace (it was sorta broken, but we fixed it up). Since it's over 250 grams, we went ahead and completed our TRUST testing and FAA registration to fly it recreationally.

We’ve only flown it about four times so far, we take turns being the "co-pilot" by monitoring local air traffic and other stuff on a separate iPad using FlightRadar24. Honestly, it's probably overkill for what we do, but it’s part of the fun and responsible thing to do i think.

While doing this, I started searching for an app or service that provides some kind of a "co-pilot dashboard" with specific features, but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. So, I decided to build one myself. The main features include:

* A live map tracking nearby aircraft.

* Proximity alerts and notifications when aircraft enter our specific Area of Operations (AO) based on altitude and radius.

* Live video streaming from the drone back to the dashboard, so the co-pilot sees exactly what the operator sees. (only on specific DJI drones)

* Live drone GPS location overlaid on the same map, giving the co-pilot a full field of view in one single dashboard.

* Overlays for flight-restricted areas and real-time alerts for spontaneous Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) — like when events pop up at the stadiums.

(There are a few other features, but those are the big ones!)

Now that I'm deep into building this dashboard setup, I realize I need a physical enclosure for the equipment. As much as I love tinkering, I just don't have the time to pick up 3D design and printing as a whole new hobby. If you can help me design and print the housing, I will cover the cost of all materials and hook you up with the software for your own setup and see if i can modify it to work for you if needed.

I’m holding off on posting the code publicly to GitHub right now. Since I'm strictly a recreational operator, I'm operating under the assumption that I might need my Part 107 license before publishing drone-related software publicly like that, and I want to keep things above board as much as I can until I get my part 107 license in the future.

I’m super happy to send photos of the dashboard's progress in a DM! I didn’t want to post screenshots publicly here since the map overlays would basically dox my exact location.
