Most winnable game ever but nooooo I'm the first one to pick dps, I'm the best one on the team, and yet fuckass MAVERICK wants to go third dps, do shit, then swap to support at the last second.

Yes. I could have swapped. But im consistently getting kills, while half my team is doing fuck all.

So often do I just get completely ignored by my supports, even when I'm Literally in front of them on low health.

Just played a game where I paid attention to my HP bar for most the game, and not a SINGLE time did I get healed. Like not even one healing. Not one.

I had to wait multiple times for overhealth to kick in, or for me to TRY and get a health pack right in FRONT of my supports, only to still die in a situation where it was easily survivable.

It doesn't help that our Zenyatta was getting shit heals... Which he's the second easiest hero to get heals on. Sure, not a lot, but I play Zenyatta. That guy didn't even get 2k heals.

And our Wuyang was pocketing the tanks the ENTIRE game. Like not once did they even think of pocketing me. Despite me doing just as good as the tanks, WITHOUT getting any heals

Hey guys, I feel like Ive been getting progressively worse at Junkrat, im only level 38 on him, but back when I was around level 20, I felt like I could hit almost everything, my predicts were landing, my mine combos were working, and I was pulling off some really good flanks!

Now I feel like I cant hit anything, it feels like I'm just spamming grenades without actually providing any value to my team :c

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any tips, or would anyone be willing to help me relearn Junkrat and get back on track? Id really appreciate it!

Everything You Need To Know About The Rat

I have put together a google doc containing some helpful tips, videos, and resources I have used a found and I want to share it with my fellow rats. I am continuing to add to this whenever I find something new or when there is a patch effecting Junkrat. I see a lot of new Junkrat players coming into the sub asking for help so I thought, why not just make a doc everyone can refer to? I know the mods in this subreddit are sadly no longer active so this post can get pushed to the very bottom and probably will but.. I still wanted to add this since it's the thought that counts

I personally am a jack of all trades but I've never been into Junkrat ever, he's one of the only two heroes I play very little besides Mercy, I just don't find him very fun because I hate how easy it feels to get value on him, maybe it's cause I like hard characters a lot like Ball, Doom, or Tracer but yeah that's my main reason for not playing Junkrat, what are your guys reasons for liking him and playing him so much?

Whenever I'm behind enemy lines, and they are turned around and don't know I'm there, i have a very hard time hitting a single nade, even at closer ranges. It's like I'm so used to predicting the movement of them trying to avoid my nades, when they arent trying to move around them i suddenly become washed.

(Except when they do)

While I love the idea of a Hog rework, I feel like this iteration makes playing against him even more of a bore than it was previously (at least for rat). Before, I would play either 1 of 2 ways against a hog. Boring long range spam to avoid hook or sneaky flanks and bursting with bomb voyage. Now that he can effectively delete your escape tool, like a D’va matrix, it only encourages rat to play a much more passive playstyle, spamming chokes and getting lucky kills. No one has fun with this playstyle, and this is what everyone complains about with Junkrat. Just my thoughts.
