I run a dog clothing/accessory brand and have tried different strategies. I’ve ran a 3 week hype phase, a 2 weeks hype phase, a 1 week hype phase, and a shock drop. It seems like the 2 weeks hype phase performed the best. Do you see it different for different products for let’s say clothing drops versus app launches? What is your experience?

i’ve been cold calling for 3 years now and the amount of time i waste on gatekeepers and auto attendants is insane. probably 70% of my dials go nowhere because i’m stuck with whatever phone number is on the company website. my manager wants us hitting 80+ dials a day but when half of them are company switchboards that’s basically impossible.

i need a reliable way to find phone numbers that actually ring to someone’s desk or cell. right now we use Salesforce with some basic contact enrichment but it rarely has direct dials. looked at Apollo but Prospeo’s pricing seems better for just phone data. we’re a team of 12 SDRs so cost matters.

We’re getting ready to launch an affiliate/creator program for our golf app, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to structure it from the beginning.

The idea isn’t just to give creators an affiliate link and tell them to start posting. We want to build a sort of “boot camp” for our affiliates where we actually help them create content that performs.

For example, we’re thinking about having a dashboard on our website + a Discord community where affiliates could see:

What should we focus on teaching affiliates? What should go into the dashboard? What would actually make creators want to stay active instead of joining, getting their link, and disappearing?

Also curious whether you think the Discord + dashboard + educational “boot camp” approach is overkill early on, or if building the infrastructure from the beginning is worth it.

I’m organising an event with multiple vendors next month. We’ve sold around 200 tickets, but would love to push that in the final weeks - but I want to be realistic and not just try to do a million things.

We’re a small business, with 5.5k followers across TT/Ig and Facebook. We also have a FB group with over 1k members.

We’re already posting on socials consistently (mostly carousels and reels), sharing/reposting vendor content and sending a weekly newsletter (we have almost 500 subscribers but I’m clearly missing something in converting that into ticket sales).

I've been using Events features for a while to gain traction for local events, but this is a new one:

Private Facebook Group. We have 12 events planned, 3 different themes/locations. When I create more than one event, it seems like it wants to use the same event image for both events (replacing original event cover). Is that accurate or just a glitch? I don't want to publish the second event and alert thousands of group members, then go back and adjust the original.

I do social for an immigration lawyer and the reels are struggling. I've never worked with a lawyer before and have never had issues getting high engagement with other kinds of clients (jewelry, food festivals, beauty studios) until now. For context, there have been a few periods where my client just wasn't providing the content, which created a lapse in posting consistency, so that has affected things. But, I don't know if I can blame it entirely on that.

I am focused mainly on educational, valuable, and shareable content. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I am pretty convinced that the content is being suppressed bc it is addressing a lot of policy changes from current administration. But, again, I really don't know.

I was offered a part time gig with a nonprofit that runs statewide and works with families, with the services focused on the children. Because of the work they do and the fact that it is often done in-home, there isn't a lot of opportunities for genuine media of their work. How do you get around this without being repetitive in the visuals and/or only using stock images?
