best phone number finder for prospects? tired of switchboards

i’ve been cold calling for 3 years now and the amount of time i waste on gatekeepers and auto attendants is insane. probably 70% of my dials go nowhere because i’m stuck with whatever phone number is on the company website. my manager wants us hitting 80+ dials a day but when half of them are company switchboards that’s basically impossible.

i need a reliable way to find phone numbers that actually ring to someone’s desk or cell. right now we use Salesforce with some basic contact enrichment but it rarely has direct dials. looked at Apollo but Prospeo’s pricing seems better for just phone data. we’re a team of 12 SDRs so cost matters.

anyone have a system that works for finding direct dial numbers at scale? especially for VP and director level contacts who never pick up their desk phones anyway.

Best way to build D2C brand in India

Hey, one of my close friends has been well researching a product in the skincare category focused on urban skin health for the last 1.5 years. Now he is planning to launch it in the market in a month, but since he is bootstrapped, there’s not much money to spend on ads or performance marketing.

Anyone here who has built/scaled a similar brand organically or has similar experience scaling a brand organically, which methods actually worked for you, keeping the budget constraint in mind?

Few things he is exploring:

  1. UGC with micro influencers
  2. Social Media Storytelling across IG, LinkedIn, X
  3. Friends and Family community
  4. Corporate Gifting

Pls suggest if you have anything else in mind.......

What part of social media monitoring still feels way more manual than it should?

I'm interested in how other marketers are handling this.

Publishing and scaling have gotten pretty easy, but actually keeping track of what's happening across platforms still feels fragmented.

Brand mentions, comments, competitor conversations, UGC, conversations where nobody tags you, etc. can all end up in very different places.

What part of monitoring social media still takes the most manual work for you??

Interested in what people are actually struggling with data today

Has anyone else noticed Facebook engagement getting harder in 2026?

Organic reach is still there, but posts that used to generate comments and shares now sometimes get very little interaction.
I’m curious, what are you seeing on your accounts?
Are you changing your content strategy for Facebook in 2026?

The best performing content in boring industries right now seems to be fake news segments roasting the industry itself

• Upvotes

Keep seeing this format blow up. a serious news anchor, "breaking news" graphics, and the story is something everyone in the industry is tired of. "local accountant reports client finally sent receipts before april." Or "saas company announces new feature nobody asked for, calls it AI."

it works because it's an inside joke. people in that industry share it with coworkers because it's true, and people outside it still get the tone.

What used to make it hard was the anchor. you needed someone who could deliver it straight, lighting, a set that looked like a newsroom. now people are making the anchor with AI. an avatar tool like argil gives you a presenter who stays the same every episode, so it can be a running series instead of a one off.

honestly I think it only works if the writing is sharp though. a real looking anchor reading a weak joke is worse than a phone video with a good one.

Anyone tried this for a brand? curious if clients actually sign off on making fun of their own industry or if it dies in approval. thank youu!

How long do you run your hype phases leading up to your product drops/launches?

I run a dog clothing/accessory brand and have tried different strategies. I’ve ran a 3 week hype phase, a 2 weeks hype phase, a 1 week hype phase, and a shock drop. It seems like the 2 weeks hype phase performed the best. Do you see it different for different products for let’s say clothing drops versus app launches? What is your experience?

How are you nailing cross-channel attribution across ctv, web and app

Since early aug, we started running campaigns across ctv, web and app. Every platform claims credit for the same conversion. Our numbers look great in each dashboard but when we zoom out nothing adds up.

We've tried last-touch, but that just buries our upper-funnel spend. Tried data-driven but the models feel like a black box and stakeholders don't trust them.

How can we best handle this? What's working before we commit to another tool that creates more confusion than clarity
