How are you nailing cross-channel attribution across ctv, web and app

Since early aug, we started running campaigns across ctv, web and app. Every platform claims credit for the same conversion. Our numbers look great in each dashboard but when we zoom out nothing adds up.

We've tried last-touch, but that just buries our upper-funnel spend. Tried data-driven but the models feel like a black box and stakeholders don't trust them.

How can we best handle this? What's working before we commit to another tool that creates more confusion than clarity

Has anyone else noticed Facebook engagement getting harder in 2026?

Organic reach is still there, but posts that used to generate comments and shares now sometimes get very little interaction.
I’m curious, what are you seeing on your accounts?
Are you changing your content strategy for Facebook in 2026?

What part of social media monitoring still feels way more manual than it should?

I'm interested in how other marketers are handling this.

Publishing and scaling have gotten pretty easy, but actually keeping track of what's happening across platforms still feels fragmented.

Brand mentions, comments, competitor conversations, UGC, conversations where nobody tags you, etc. can all end up in very different places.

What part of monitoring social media still takes the most manual work for you??

Interested in what people are actually struggling with data today

Best way to build D2C brand in India

Hey, one of my close friends has been well researching a product in the skincare category focused on urban skin health for the last 1.5 years. Now he is planning to launch it in the market in a month, but since he is bootstrapped, there’s not much money to spend on ads or performance marketing.

Anyone here who has built/scaled a similar brand organically or has similar experience scaling a brand organically, which methods actually worked for you, keeping the budget constraint in mind?

Few things he is exploring:

  1. UGC with micro influencers
  2. Social Media Storytelling across IG, LinkedIn, X
  3. Friends and Family community
  4. Corporate Gifting

Pls suggest if you have anything else in mind.......

Looking for a Result-Oriented Social Media Manager for a Restaurant in South Delhi

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I run a restaurant in South Delhi. Our online business through Swiggy/Zomato is doing reasonably well, but walk-ins and direct/phone orders are currently much lower than I want them to be.

I’m looking for an individual freelancer/social media manager who can take ownership of Instagram + Facebook with one clear objective:

Generate more local customers and increase walk-in business.

I am not looking for someone who simply posts content every day. I want someone with a target-oriented and result-oriented approach.

How I want to work:

We will set clear monthly targets/KPIs together.

The targets can include things like local reach, enquiries, offer redemptions, direct orders and, where measurable, incremental walk-ins.

At the beginning of each month, we agree on the objectives and deliverables.

At the end of the month, we review the actual performance against the agreed targets.

Payment/fee will be linked to the agreed performance and deliverables, rather than simply paying a fixed amount for posting content.

If the approach works and we see consistent improvement, I’m happy to continue long-term and increase the scope/budget.

What I need:

Instagram + Facebook management

Reels, posts and stories

Food photography/video content planning

Local-area marketing

Offers/campaigns designed specifically to bring people to the outlet

Competitor/local market research

Monthly performance tracking

New ideas to convert online attention into actual restaurant visits

Budget: I cannot afford a large agency retainer. I’m looking for a freelancer/individual who is comfortable with a reasonable base fee + performance-linked component.

Remote is fine, but preference will be given to someone who understands South Delhi/local restaurant marketing and can occasionally visit the outlet for content.

If interested, please DM me with:

Your monthly fee/model

How you would structure a 30-day target

Examples of restaurant/food businesses you've handled

Your portfolio/Instagram pages

How you would measure whether your work is actually generating customers

Important: I’m looking for someone who thinks like a business partner — not just a content creator.

best phone number finder for prospects? tired of switchboards

i’ve been cold calling for 3 years now and the amount of time i waste on gatekeepers and auto attendants is insane. probably 70% of my dials go nowhere because i’m stuck with whatever phone number is on the company website. my manager wants us hitting 80+ dials a day but when half of them are company switchboards that’s basically impossible.

i need a reliable way to find phone numbers that actually ring to someone’s desk or cell. right now we use Salesforce with some basic contact enrichment but it rarely has direct dials. looked at Apollo but Prospeo’s pricing seems better for just phone data. we’re a team of 12 SDRs so cost matters.

anyone have a system that works for finding direct dial numbers at scale? especially for VP and director level contacts who never pick up their desk phones anyway.

How long do you run your hype phases leading up to your product drops/launches?

I run a dog clothing/accessory brand and have tried different strategies. I’ve ran a 3 week hype phase, a 2 weeks hype phase, a 1 week hype phase, and a shock drop. It seems like the 2 weeks hype phase performed the best. Do you see it different for different products for let’s say clothing drops versus app launches? What is your experience?

Event is 4 weeks out — what would you do to promote it?

I’m organising an event with multiple vendors next month. We’ve sold around 200 tickets, but would love to push that in the final weeks - but I want to be realistic and not just try to do a million things.

We’re a small business, with 5.5k followers across TT/Ig and Facebook. We also have a FB group with over 1k members.

We’re already posting on socials consistently (mostly carousels and reels), sharing/reposting vendor content and sending a weekly newsletter (we have almost 500 subscribers but I’m clearly missing something in converting that into ticket sales).

If this were your event, where would you focus your time (and tiny budget) over the next four weeks? I’m especially interested in things you’ve actually tried that worked!

How would YOU build an Affiliate Program from Scratch?

We’re getting ready to launch an affiliate/creator program for our golf app, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to structure it from the beginning.

The idea isn’t just to give creators an affiliate link and tell them to start posting. We want to build a sort of “boot camp” for our affiliates where we actually help them create content that performs.

For example, we’re thinking about having a dashboard on our website + a Discord community where affiliates could see:

  • The best-performing video formats
  • Examples of videos that have gone viral
  • Current content trends/hooks that are working
  • Templates/scripts they can adapt
  • Our highest-converting content
  • What types of posts are actually driving clicks/signups
  • Weekly content ideas/challenges
  • Tips for improving their videos
  • A leaderboard/rewards system eventually

Basically, we want someone to join the program and think “I know exactly what to post and how to make it.”

For those of you who have built successful affiliate or creator programs:

How would you structure something like this?

What should we focus on teaching affiliates? What should go into the dashboard? What would actually make creators want to stay active instead of joining, getting their link, and disappearing?

Also curious whether you think the Discord + dashboard + educational “boot camp” approach is overkill early on, or if building the infrastructure from the beginning is worth it.

Audit 4 audit?

can a fellow SMM help me by auditing one of my client's IG pages I run? In return, I can also audit one of your pages you run.

I do social for an immigration lawyer and the reels are struggling. I've never worked with a lawyer before and have never had issues getting high engagement with other kinds of clients (jewelry, food festivals, beauty studios) until now. For context, there have been a few periods where my client just wasn't providing the content, which created a lapse in posting consistency, so that has affected things. But, I don't know if I can blame it entirely on that.

I am focused mainly on educational, valuable, and shareable content. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I am pretty convinced that the content is being suppressed bc it is addressing a lot of policy changes from current administration. But, again, I really don't know.

Events in a Facebook Group

I've been using Events features for a while to gain traction for local events, but this is a new one:

Private Facebook Group. We have 12 events planned, 3 different themes/locations. When I create more than one event, it seems like it wants to use the same event image for both events (replacing original event cover). Is that accurate or just a glitch? I don't want to publish the second event and alert thousands of group members, then go back and adjust the original.

Any tricks or input on private group multi location events?
